I have a new heater matrix which comes with new o rings should I put sealant on it too or will the o ring be enough? also, what sealant did you use.
The O-rings provided with the heater matrix are typically designed to create a proper seal on their own, without the need for additional sealant. However, it's always a good idea to follow the manufacturer's instructions that come with the heater matrix. If they recommend using sealant in addition to the O-rings, then you should go ahead and apply it as directed.
Regarding the type of sealant, it's best to use one that is compatible with the materials of the heater matrix and the components it will be sealing against. Silicone-based sealants are often a safe choice for automotive applications, but again, refer to the manufacturer's recommendations to ensure compatibility and effectiveness.
Also Last 9 years I'm using only WYNN'S BLACK GASKET MAKER
Very good video 👍🏼

I want to know how to switch it on please inside the car
I'm sorry i didn't get you, Please explain another way
Thank You
Hi, at 2m14s you sugest to clamp the input and output tubes to the heater matrix. Within temperate weather climates, in order to bypass the heater matrix, can I simply insert a permanent union between those same tubes? All the other functions would remain untouched.
Are there any expectable issues, other than this desired limitation?
Thanks and regards.
If you want bypass you can contact both horses. ( input and output)
When you bypass you didn’t get hot air inside car.
Also you need to find out suitable pipe/ hors for bypass.
Awesome video! Can you tell me is the aircon matrix near here? Or does the whole dashboard need to be removed? Thank you
It’s not easy like this. Need to remove dashboard

@@sanumotorswithcharlie thanks for the reply, nobody has done a video yet on removing the dashboard. Would be great if someone does
