Inside Parma Ham’s Extreme Beauty Routine | Vogue - Навчання та стиль
How does everyone in this series wear superglue plus ten pounds of makeup and still have the clearest skin I’ve ever seen?
the demonic energy is the cure for acne apprntlly
My first question
Jaja guess next we could ask for their skincare routine LoL
stress is a huge factor in your skin health

Yas. Salvia, Jazmin, and now Parma! The trio is complete!
The whole gangs here
They're perfect for eachother

What about jazmins grandma
dont forget Hungry you uncultured swine
They almost make me feel ashamed for being so unoriginal, banal and generic. I love it.
Me too 😭 Even though I'm already "alternative" looking, I'd feel so plain next to them. Makes me wanna experiment with different styles, and look more extreme
Don't feel ashamed! As long as you're comfortable then that's all that matters! ^w^👍🏾

“I was more aware of what I didn’t want to be than what I wanted to be”
I feel that.
Salvia at the end looks like some kind of celestial being/nymph amongst them on the boat
that gave me chills not gonna lie
I thought exactly the same! So etherial!😍

the ending felt like a movie omg,, but i lowkey would die to see a movie with styles like parma and salvia in it !!
yasss!
Watch party monster. This kind of thing isn't original.
Omg yes I would die to see something like that it would probably look like a irl Tim burton style I’d love it 😩😩😩😩
@@pumpkinlyd4409 yea movies like rocky horror and Tim burton but I think they mean more EXTREME yk not so lowkey ig
@@cemeterybaby2008 There are Japanese movies liked what you are talking about, can't remember the name but one about a cop and these modified criminals, there's this brothel where the girls are all surgically messed up...
I’m 50 years old and this man is so refreshing and interesting. He gives me hope in something individual is still out there and I’m glad Vogue are giving Parma and Salvia space to breath . My dream is to see them on the cover of Vogue !!! Bring it on Anna... Pete Burns and George were never this creative ❤️
The Old Mule hi! I’m pretty sure Parma ham uses they/them pronouns (it says so in their Instagram)! I really think it’s cool that u have that mindset as someone ur age it makes me rlly happy :D
I'm old, straight and boring. I'd love to see him on Vogue too. I'd also like to mention Leigh Bowery as one of the first brave ones. He always gets overlooked. Thanks for your post Old Mule!
They uses they/them pronouns! That's kinda why they talked about gender and the binary so much is because they are non-binary
stephan tyrone it’s a him. And I’ll prove it, what type of chromosomes does he have?
@@stephantyrone8678 Give us dinosaurs a break. We appreciate the art they are presenting. We're catching up. You might also consider good grammar. They "use" instead of they "uses".
Omg Parma's skin is so clean and milky white I am sooooo jealous
London seems to be a really cool and progressive city.
It's mostly Muslim
avman2cl what's ur point?
@raisa londonistan
It is an amazing city. I just hope that after Covid-19 there will be a Renaissance
Biggest joke of the century
"It's a sad moment for where we are in humanity that we've handed the keys to Zuckerberg and these awful people".. My jaw dropped at such a brilliant statement about our society, casually thrown in while smoking out the eye makeup. Truly a creative genius.
I guarantee you goth have a great mindset they care about society and politics they have a strong mentality and vision
I love the amount of detail they put into everything. Even their lighting is X's vs the normal ring light
I love how salvia and parma ham are dating. Cutest couple ever 💖
When did it say that?
If there is an adjective I would have never used to describe them it would have been “cute”. A kitten is cute. Those two can be beautiful, creative, creepy, original, complete or many other things, but definitely not cute😂😂😂
their voice sounds exactly like salvias! no wonder they’re together 😂
I thought they had broke up
am I the only one who found his voice so soft and relaxing
I couldn't stop watching, their voice was so calming and they was so knowledgeable I learnt soo much.
@@tyrondmello4177 you mean that you learnt how to do that???
isn't it so hard I mean look at that makeup it's huge 😁😁😁
maria nina no I learnt about the goth community and about different ways of self-expression.
hey, just letting you know that parma uses they/them pronouns! x
@@katehopedonnelly yeh 😄😄😄 I see that
I feel like growing up in boring towns sometimes helps make self exploration easier. There’s nothing else happening, might as well figure out who you truly are as a person!

i shouldn’t have laughed as hard as i did
LMMAOAOAOAO
Honestly, mood.
😭💀
Ok but parma's voice is just so soothing to listen too, or is it just me?
Yes it is
"Gremlin things" lol I laughed because I'm an elder goth (I'm 30) and ive been part of the goth community since I was 15 and calling ourselves gremlins without makeup is such a goth thing, I had no idea the younger generation still did that. I love it. And I love this person.
i literally love people like this, Juno Birch, Salvia, Jazmine Bean, they always inspire me to dress unusual, gothic. I express myself as how i feel inside and this just inspires me so much. My style is like goth, lolita, alt and zombie core all mixed together.
I haven't felt connected to anything for a very long time and watching this made me cry. Thank you for sharing your genuinity. It speaks to me. It reminds me of a part of me told to be discarded and forgotten.
It’s an awful feeling to bear - feeling of being lost and forgotten, discarded...
Hope, you’ll find a shelter for your soul in music, perhaps, or any other field, anything that will make you feel alive, belonging to the world, giving you strength to enjoy your present. 🍀
Their voice is like velvet. Gorgeous.
Oh my. Watching this was like reliving my youth. The hours of crimping, backcombing and hairspraying. Having been there in the 80s, I loved this.
Tbh one of the reasons why I watch this is because they are interesting and somehow it sounds like asmr when they talk
I don’t wear make up. I don’t even dress up. But watching them do their makeup and get ready is something so beautiful. They show me what real beauty is all about. Being yourself and being yourself 110% is what makes them so beautiful.
This is definitely refreshing to see. This is inspiring to me, especially cause I'm trying to find my personal style & aesthetic still being 30ish yrs old .
Is it refreshing because I have been seeing this stuff for years. I knew someone 17 years ago that was male, goth, wore make up and dresses and didn't think they were changing the world by doing it.
When I was living in London I had the pleasure of seeing Parm Ham many times in Slimelight, I was too shy to start a conversation, but it doesn't matter. So glad to see this popular space open to them. It's refreshing and gives me so much hope for the future.
I love that all these Extreme Beauty videos are offering role models for those who need them
Love this extreme beauty series vogue, but I would love to see a lot more poc representation in it!
11:56 Salvia looks literally ethereal they are all so stunning i-
this is my favorite vogue series by FAR
I'm so proud
I love this! I'm not into extreme beauty myself but I think it's important to show that others see beauty in many different ways. Thanks, Vogue, for including Parma Ham, Salvia, Hungry, Juno Birch and others who embrace themselves and extreme beauty. In so many ways I find them beautiful.
"to just have people being themselves and just being comfortable, kind of makes me comfortable" 🙏🏻yes.
This is probably the most beautiful video I've even watched. I'm so blown away. Such a superb aesthetic, I loved it so much.
Get out more.
So serious wished they’d make an underground club out there for people like this i would have a blastttt
They actually have, its called wraith club, they also do performances and stuff there.
Beauty presents itself in many different ways.. I'm more than happy to see Vogue recognize that
Parma Ham & I used to be mutuals back when I used to be on IG & I am so happy to see this beautiful & humble individual being recognized as the artistic force they are! Gorgeous & so self aware. I've had a crush on Parma Ham for years!! Love this Vogue!!
I love Parma, Salvia & Jazmin. They are just uncompromisingly themselves and it’s so refreshing to see individualism!
One of the best videos on this channel yet underviewed and not appreciated enough. More like this, please.
This is the best of these videos I’ve seen so far, Parma Ham is actually giving really useful tips, great job!
i have been following on instagram for years! i am so happy to see him get the recognition he deserves!so inovative !
I appreciate his outlook. He makes some really great points.
I absolutely love that the freaks just find each other, he's friends with Jasmine Bean and Salvia, two people I've seen in other vids like this. It's awesome.
Parma Ham and Salvia are such artistic gems. The ending was perf
Wow, that ending was so surreal. Kudos to you guys ✊🏼
Yesterday I somehow binge watched all your extreme beauty routine videos haha.. and now another one is out aaaah 💛
As soon as you move to London a super level is unlocked
I truly admire their dedication! It's not my style, but I'd love to see more videos with such fascinating people.
Makes me want to go to uk because how they embrace fashion and creativity.
You'd have to seek it out unfortunately bc if you come to the UK expecting to see people like this everywhere you'll be very disappointed, most people here are quite judgemental and really don't share our mind set :/
Maybe I'm in love. Thank you, Vogue
not until friday!
It’s actually quite amazing to hear them speak, which is not something they often do on the media I follow them in. They’re incredibly eloquent.
The visual of the three of them in the boat is so amazing
What astounds me about all these people with extreme style featured by Vogue is how intelligent, articulated and well spoken they all are. I admit to having prejudices against these types of people - they all proved me wrong and I'm actually ashamed that I held these preconceptions of them.
His whole body is a canvas of Art. He can do any art with his body. How magical and gifted is that 🖤👽💀✨!!!! Love it.
Really like to see his passport photo
I LOVE this energy they command with in space, this is the energy I try and emulate when I do my own looks. I just with it was easier to find others who also do this kind of "extreme" looks for inspiration and understanding how versatile every day objects can be, hacks, dos and donts. I can't really find much but through vouge and hooked on the look. It's frustrating
They have a perfect complexion! So envious ^^
Thank you Vogue for showcasing all types of beauty
They are so beautiful! I can certainly relate to the love of fluid, androgynous glam and early goth. Really inspiring 🖤
Much love and appreciation for you guys for being how you are and not letting the society bring you down anymore
So truly beautiful outside and inside, you have just inspired me so much... it's curious how we are so different in so many ways yet I share your world view...made me feel less alone, thanks.
What a beautiful artist! The makeup is amazing
Lovvvvve these episodes!! Keep them coming!
So glad to have found this channel. These amazing and brave people give me inspiration to be more myself and less what conformity and society seems to want. I've always been told I was different, weird, strange etc. Told I was a freak. But the whole time I was NOT the MONSTER, they were. So sad that people with closed minds really miss out on so much.
I love that kind of goth aesthetic, it reminds me of many of my musical favorite people, such as Rozz Williams, etc. But of course, it's been done a lot throughout the end of the 70, 80 and 90's. Not the most original, but still amazing.
So beautiful I'm loving it and hearing their stories
the last few minutes are my favorite
Everything about this look is AMAZING
i wish i was brave enough to do this i’ve always wanted my “own” original look but i feel like i’m not creative enough but this is so cool
love the outdoor part of the video 💫
Absolutely Beautiful and so eloquently put ❤
Inspires me as “be what you want, not what society wants” A big applause 👏🏻🙂😇
when they go on the boat, honestly iconic
All of these looks are sooooooo extreme and creative i think you all look absolutely amazing well done BRAVO!!! ☠❣💯
I used to see him around Soho/Oxford St circa 2007. Nice too get this insight...
They are all so gorgeous.
They look so amazing 😭😭😭😭
“-and, my second cape”
M O O D
3:50 “and then i use concealer to like cover like some gremlin things.”
I can relate ‼️‼️‼️
their style is so unique and beautiful, I love the way they express themselves
Not really unique coz they are copying old school post punk, which end up being called goth, yet the artists then didn't want to be called goth coz they were much more! They tend to be bald or have extreme mohawks, pale make-up and black clothes...all this has been done!! But Parma is a great make up artist.
I agree with everything you said about society and I hope your vision of the future is the way that it turns out...also agree with your statement on the handing over of the keys. I think you seem like a person with a great head on their shoulders and beautiful inside and out! Keep it up! I admire your freedom and your comfort within your tribe!
I've missed these!
I love there make up style so talented and there hair looks amazing!
I have been to this person's house!!! I'm glad to know them, they are a big inspiration to me tbh
I'm a fan of them but I had no idea this video existed, wow! They look lovely!
I've always wanted to do a photoshoot in that style of clothes and makeup ❤️
I love the freedom i feel when u talk about gender, the future and how maybe some day people will be openminded for real. You are beutiful.
I LOVE THEM SO MUCH
Being true to yourself is always beautiful
I love all the unique people of the world to be yourself is to be normal and in this world where so many things are judged...beauty is in the eye of the beholders.
This is pretty interesting and is gonna be the future, i would love to see the same concept with different styles, not only gothic.
they are beautiful!
I love videos like this
You are absolutely amazing
I just wanted to mention something, when you said that there aren't any good hairsprays that are strong enough for your hair, I remembered a hairspray that I use that is phenomenal. It's called Sebastian Shaper Fierce, it's some of the strongest hairsprays I have found, and it's sticky at the beginning which allows you to shape your hair the way you want it. Just figured I'd mention it since that hairspray has worked so well for me!
Love it!!!
Breathtaking.
IS AMAZING, I LOVE IT💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
Their look just reminds me of some 80's new wave fashion.
