Fact: Michael dedicated his Japanese tour to yoshiaki. A young boy who got kidnapped and murdered. He also gave his family $20.000 and spoke his condolences out on his tour.

This performance was insane. I haven't seen another artist with that energy on stage and i am working in the music business for years. The whole BAD Tour is perfection. The looks, the stage presence, the energy and oh my god, the voice. At every concert at that tour he lost a crazy amount of weight.

Was born in 89 and grew up a 90’s kid. Michael was untouchable back then , it’s impossible to overstate how important he was to my music education. I’ve seen prince live , Sade live, Metallica, muse, OutKast , tool, etc but my one regret in life will always be not being able to see Michael live

    • @rickjohnson3580

@@Marvel_vs_Capcom84 my favorite artist?? Now that is a tough question. Reason being that I enjoy so many different styles of music. If you asked me this 20 or even 30 years ago it would be a easy answer. Led Zeppelin then Judas Priest, Pink Floyd, Scorpions, Aerosmith. Rush, Ozzy, Sabbath,Deep Purple,ect...I grew up with hard rock/ heavy metal. And being young if it didn’t Rock I had no interest. Now in today’s world I’m 58 yrs old. I have since began listening to Lil Wayne, Eminem. Pit Bull, Too Short, Disturbed, Garth Brooks, So I have expanded my horizons and now I to answer your question if I had to pick one band the answer would still be Led Zeppelin. Reason being is their catalog of music is so diverse that whatever mood I’m in that have a song that feeds that mood. No other band can do that. There are no Bad Zeppelin songs. Only timeless masterpieces.I can’t say that for any other band. Just one more reason Led Zeppelin was the greatest band to ever grace the stage. They were then, they are today and will forever be. Sorry for the drawn out answer . But I really had to think about it because music plays a very valuable role in our lives. It can make you happy when you are sad. It provides the best therapeutic properties that helps us during all the trials and tribulations. That we all deal with every day of our lives. Led Zeppelin does that for me even today!

    Hi Sweetie,
    nice to see you 👍
The 80's, my favourite decade in terms of music and movies
BAD was the second big album from Michael, the song Bad was originally planned as a duet with Prince, but never happened.
His albums are an example how creative he was and how many important topics he has dealt with in his song's.
He used so many different vibes and showed the world what an outstanding talent he was.
Wesley Snipes had a very cool guest experience in that video.
Seeing your reaction, it must be an amazing experience with a lot of fun to see you on a live concert like that.☺️

Excellent choice of performance to react to :-) Loved it & your reaction!!! May I suggest an option for your next Michael Jackson reaction, its I Just Cant Stop Loving you from Yokohama 1987, a duet with Sheryl Crow. I actually prefer this one over the one at Wembley. Michael also has a unique clothing outfit for this one that he only wore for the Asian leg of the tour, it looks really good. The link: ua-cam.com/video/SrBKht9KFK4/v-deo.html I am not sure I have seen any reactor do this particular version of the song, and I am baffled as to why that is, I thinks its been kind of hidden on YT for some reason. Take care & god bless! Lets keep spreading Michaels light together! /L

With all due respect, and yes, I understand that your comment is at least a month old, which is not something that I, personally speaking, find relevant or is of significance, not to mention that although I do not have any innately negative or ill intentions behind responding to you, I do, however, very simply, want to reflect further, interject, and offer a differencing perspective/awareness, on the general sentiments you expressed. Now, of course, there is, especially in this particular situation, a chance of myself being wrong or “off-base” with my initial speculation as to why, not just yourself, but anyone, in general, would genuinely acquire the belief that Michael Jackson’s songs are “dance songs,” and “dance songs, ” solely, as well as, and which makes my initial speculation that much more valid upon conducting a minimal cognitive breakdown, that Michael’s songs “lack a deeper meaning, ” therefore, Michael’s song’s, in your opinion, are “boring;” I, however, feel reasonably confident in my assumptions or speculation that you have, evidently, and I say this not to be offensive, not heard even a sliver of Michael’s entire discography if your general thoughts on Michael’s songs is that they are “only dance song” that “lack a deeper meaning,” which, therefore, “they are boring,” lol.
Look, I am likely one of the least, the many who do exist, actually, just not often seen throughout the comment sections on social media platforms, “stan-like” individuals that one can come across, meaning that I do not view the *human beings*, keyword being just that, who acquire great talents in whatever avenue of the performing/literary arts that is, and who have obtained a magnificent success or success, in general, in an irrational, unreasonable, biased, tone-deaf, or “through rose-colored glasses“ type of manner.
I can, and due to it being an innate quality, along with having some off-chance encounters with meeting and socializing with some quote-on-quote celebrities, ranging in levels of fame from, without a doubt, the definition of famous to very well known/famous, very much so, view someone who’s work I admire and have a genuine appreciation for, especially being a natural creative-minded individual myself, as well as having God-given talents [if you don't believe in God, that's no problem with me; do you] that I, unfortunately, gave up or screwed up, which is an entirely separate subject and story, not to mention this is not the time for that whole life story, in an objective, realistic, fair, non-exaggerated, as well as, and most significantly to this particular subject, not hype-up or exaggerate someone's overall talent, individual talents, or blatantly lie about something existing in/regarding someone if it genuinely does not exist. If I happen to admire or place extra value in the human being behind the artist, not only is that a bonus to find someone with such incredible talent but who also is an incredible human being on top of that, but it also, in no way, does not affect how I view that person, to begin with, whatsoever. Celebrities, no matter the type, are no different, nor do they deserve or not deserve any more or any less than anyone else in the world, to whatever capacity; if anything, however, they deserve a hell of a lot more respect than the mass majority gives them.
My point is that I'm never going to sit here and claim that something exists within an artist, let alone politely inform someone that their notions are, unfortunately, built on inaccurate information or assumptions, as well as falsehoods, if I am not entirely sure of that being the case. Which, sadly, and I don't enjoy saying this, your idea that you have that Michael Jackson, of all of the artists out there, and even the two you mentioned, which I, myself, whole-heartedly enjoy their music and respect them as well, “only has dance songs” and never sang about anything with a profound and essential meaning, is like saying that the grass that grows in most places is a mixture of purple and black, lol, no offense.
Now, I'm going to, as I mentioned from the start, assume that you have never heard the vast majority of Michael’s entire catalog of music if that's your perspective since I can not fathom if someone has listened to the majority of Michael’s work, unless they, very simply, are either hating on MJ for their very own personal reasons, which, usually, the people who do that are wildly and vastly ill-informed and got deceived into feeding into the undeniable lies surrounding who Michael was, and that's coming from someone who's been a survivor of all forms of abuse, and including sexual abuse that I first endured at a young age, ranging in levels of severity and circumstance, that continuously occurred throughout my life for twenty-five years now, or they are claiming something that they determined as being legitimate and justified, without putting forth the effort to make sure, through research, that one’s sentiment of “Michael never sang about impactful and profound subjects, ” is, at all, genuinely accurate or legitimate or not, lol.
In other words, there is such an astounding number of socially conscious, deeply meaningful, prophetic, heart-wrenching, and profound songs that tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth within Michael’s available catalog of music both while he was alive and posthumously, as well as songs that were unreleased in his vault and that, got leaked, so, therefore, and as much as Prince and Madonna are wonderful artists who certainly have influential and impactful songs themselves, anyone saying even remotely suggesting that Michael Jackson solely made dance music, when his collection of emotionally heartfelt songs with hugely significant meanings and topics, goes well beyond any other artist that I can think of, and that is not saying that others don't have a vast number of meaningful songs themselves, well, then I have no idea what to suggest other than to genuinely listen to Michael’s entire list of available songs whether officially released or leaked. I also suggest that one attentively listens or pulls up the lyrics to Michael’s songs, as well.

    • @Mdd099
      @Mdd099 11 місяців тому +1

But he had some of the deepest, challenging, and “woke” songs from any mainstream artists- man in the mirror, earth song, they don’t care about us, heal the world, money, and more. You couldn’t really have a more wrong opinion, and dance shows aren’t inherently boring anyway.
