    For business people, 7Cr is no big deal. This is also in Kokapet. Depending on the family size and money they make, one can definitely opt for this one.
    A better investment would be purchasing land for 2Cr and build a house for 2Cr

      In recent years the trend of bigger apartments has come in. The cost of villas in areas closer to the city have shot up significantly and made it unaffordable to many. For these buyers, a big apartment is making more sense. Buyers are also liking the large area in one floor rather than being divided into multiple floors of smaller floor plates.
      Buying a plot and building a house takes away the factor of a gated community which is one of the important reasons people are buying such big flats. We see that the trend for bigger apartments in Hyderabad is picking up.

      Not worth it for 7 cr. in cocopet. Buy a piece of land for 2 cr and construct a 3 cr massive triplex villa of your choice.

    But a genuine question, is there a demand for such premium projects which are 6000+ sq ft? We have other such projects by SAS, Poulomi, DSR and many more. I find it difficult to believe that there is such a demand looking at the available units upcoming.

      We believe the sales of such units will be slower but the number of units in such projects are also much lower (typically between 100 to 500) than the bigger gated communities which usually have over 1000 units.
      We would consider this phase as an evolution of a new trend in Hyderabad and in a few years we should see quite a few such projects coming up.
      Top developers like Aparna, My Home, Jayabheri, DSR, Fortune, Vamsiram and more have already entered this space and also coming up with more such projects.

      Even I feel a bit surprising but things getting sold in few days like MyHome 99 all apts sold within few days and also Myscape road is filled with highrise 6k+ sft apartments only.

      These kind of prices have started to come in more commonly post covid where there has been a surge in large size apartments with few even crossing sizes of 10,000 sq.ft.
