You’re very welcome. It’s the little things in life. That mean more than anything! I had a feeling the rug may scare buster overtime it may work and it may not. I changed the rug in our house. It took a month for them to get used to it. I’ll send you a video. Something I’ve learned that cockatoos do not like any change in their environment, but they do get used to it overtime you can choose to use the rug however no big deal. I didn’t know if Earl would like it on top of his dresser.
You have acquired SO many toys and enrichment things for your birds, I think you could start a parrot daycare😂. Plus, you have the patience for those feathered babies.😘
Percy the cockatiel is taken out of his cage every day for a period of individual playtime away from Buster and Earl, who are much bigger than him. If you search UA-cam for the video called 'buster sneaks in the room' then you can see an example of this playtime.
@@ingesadventures yes He has clubbed feet. He also had a break on one leg at some point in his life, before us and likely when he was young. No one treated it, so it just fused back on its own. But he gets around well. He also has a scissor beak. We have that managed well now. When we first got him, it was so lousy. idk how he was able to eat.
