What do you use to cut the Cohiba box? So far I have asked this question to other builders and received nothing but crickets. I will soon figure it out and sacrifice a box, tape it up, and jigsaw, handsaw, and torch it to find if it's plastic or not from the color of burn, so I will know if it can be laser cut or what.

Hi. great job. Hox did you joint the neck to the box ? Screws ? Glue ? And how to do this with the cover of the box ?
The neck slides into the box until seated, and then I secure it with screws in the back.

I use a jigsaw for almost all of my cuts and forstner bits for the holes.
