I could find almost no feedback on Revo for this engine, I had it flashed today and oh my what a difference. It doesn’t come across in a 0 to 100 sprint, but it drives like stock if you’re driving around town, but once your foot is down it completely changes. This is how the car should have come from the factory.

Fantastica, per quanto riguarda il cambio manuale che numeri (soprattutto di Coppia) si potrebbero raggiungere in totale sicurezza ed affidabilità ?
non sappiamo perchè sono rare le manuali, ma online si trovano dei risultati ;-)
not bad for a 4 cilynder diesel. i like acceleration from 60-160, thats what matters in real life. top speed is is not ppssible in place where i live

Stessa auto, mappa custom molto soft con filtro aria originale ed ho gli stessi tempi, presi esattamente come te. Però quella è REvo..
mah sai basta avere asfalto migliore e gomme migliori e magari qualcosa lo tiri giù, perchè in partenza la mia ha pattinato un po' purtroppo.

si, perchè no, molti lo fanno ;-)
A giudicare dal tempo avrà al massimo 220cv, però Revo si tiene sempre bassa con le mappe quindi ci sta.
probabile e vanno benone così, almeno non carichiamo troppo anche il cambio ;-)

In effetti mi aspettavo anch'io qualcosa di un pochino più veloce. Calcolando che il 200 è preso a tachimetro e si sa che i Vag minimo stanno 10km/h avanti..

Over 20 sec 100-200?! I don't get it how VW simply can't make a fast diesel. That's slow for 220-230hp, my A3 1.8 TFSI with similar hp goes 16s 100-200.

First of all tfsi is a petrol engine. Second of all I'm glad to inform you that vw and audi are the same group. They share platforms and engine. For example the golf r is the exactly same car as the audi S3.
And tfsi audi's engine are tsi vw's engine, they changed the name for marketing reasons. That being said, a golf gtd is an audi a3 40tdi, so go look at their time 100-200. It's the same car. And you will also see that there are 1.8 tsi golf's.
So nice vw my buddy!
(You can see hp differences between models with same platform and same engine, but it's just for marketing purposes. look at dyno testes and you will see that it's not as marketed. The only thing that changes is the interior and exterior look.)
The new cupra formentor is an audi rsq3, it has the same exact 5cylinder and its sold as 390hp, 10 less than the audi. Yet, if you dyno it, it will make 400-405 hp.
That's vw!
oh and I forgot, no version 1.8 tfsi/tsi stock from the vw group can make a 16sec 100-200
Come on! You cannot compare a petrol Turbo with a diesel Turbo even though it has the same power. We are talking about two different worlds. The torque, the power delivery, i.e. are different the number of revolutions, the operating mode of the engine. It is no coincidence that one is defined as controlled ignition and one as spontaneous ignition.
