Really useful video that shows a simple explanation for every feature. My only question as it wasn’t clear from the manual or the video - is the time you set the alarm for the time the sunrise starts or finishes?
@Lumie is it possible to set a recurring wake-up light? In a more set it and forget it? I would like to set it to get brighter at 6:30 every morning, but not have to set it every evening to do so? Can it just turn on at 6:30 everyday, without my intervention every day? thanks!
How do I change the clock display from 24hr to 12hour am/pm style display? I can see the am pm outline (unlit) above the time display but no setting I found will toggle it on
Not sure if it’s just me but I CANNOT get the process to set sunset fade into my head. I’m bashing that sun down button, the nightlight is going on and off, I just can’t get the muscle memory right.
Hi Tania! So sorry we missed this comment - we hope you got to the bottom of this! Most likely the nightlight option was left switched on. Please check out the "00:01:52 Set up sunset options" part of this video (ua-cam.com/video/R9waJHDB-lY/v-deo.html). In order to not have the nightlight, light level 0 must be selected and set.
Hey! Sounds like you accidentally put it in DEMO mode (a built-in feature for retailers, happens if you press down on + for a little while longer than need be). To come out of it, you need to press down and hold the minus button for 30-45 seconds (until the display flashes). Hope this helps?
This is impossible to set up. There are symbols on the clock that clearly have no use. The sunset option is a nightmare to set and worst of all, the help provided to n the video is a useless and the manual you get with the thing!

Pretty disappointing that such an expensive product cannot remember it's alarm settings every night.

Great demo. Easy to follow and helpful
Thank you so much!

is the beeping alarm going to go off as soon as the sunrise starts or at the peak of the sunrise?
At least now I know how to turn off the beep. The manual is not very clear, and does not illustrate the symbols at the top of the display.
When I hold the hunt option button down nothing happens at all 😢
Why doesn't mine fade to sunset?? Just stays on all night

Much too fast , symbols need a description , a voice over would be good too .
is it possible to turn it to a 12 hour display? there are displays for am/pm but no clear way to turn it from 24 hour to 12 hour
Hi Katy! Yes it is - instructions on how to proceed can be found here ua-cam.com/video/l_GNBeGLSmk/v-deo.html
@@LumieLights amazing thank you!
Hi my lumie clock keeps on springing from 0- super bright on its own sitting next to me when the alarm is set. How do I sort this ?

@@LumieLightsbig thanks from me, I had the same issue and was hopelessly looking some answers anywhere. Finally, I got it here :) thank you!!

It's fair to say I hate this thing. It's so infuriating to set
Too fast
