Harry Mack did a nice freestyle episode on Ikaanic's UA-cam channel with King Los, who is another great freestyle rapper. Los stopped focusing on freestyling 10+ years ago to put his energy towards recording albums, but he's still amazing... it's a fun display of styles and talents.
just so yall know, harry has a background in jazz music, which is heavily improv. so his ability to find all these insane pockets in the beat may be from his time drumming

I literally don't know how he can do this. My rapping ability is decent over the years and I've freestyled over random beats for easily a few hours. To rap at the speed and need to think of random words he has to incorporate is unmatched. And he'll throw in mentions about them or their video.
I think Eminem but I don't think anyone can actually freestyle like Harry. Props when they're earned. He's mastered connecting words in ways that make sense lyrically. I'm good at freestyling and challenge myself. I cannot fathom how much it would take to reach his level.
Eminem is the goat is what I meant to say. Sorry I'm in the US and just recently woken up.

EM can rap for sure, one of the greatest rappers ever to walk this planet, but Harry Mack is the freestyle rap incarnate... there is no competition to H. Mack when it comes to freestyle rap, sad to say but not even EM, J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, even legends like Juice Wrld and Black Thought(huge respect and appreciation for what he did and how good he was, no doubt one of the best in the game), when compared to H Mack, nowhere close.. h Mack took freestyle improvised rap to another level which no one can cope up to!! that is the fat ...period!!
If you reach out to Harry's team you may be able to get in on one of the live sessions Harry does. He has been touring lately, so not doing as many, but hit up Ikonic and see when he is doing them again.

Few recommendations would be Omegle bars 18, 52, guerilla bars 25, and the rap god and break your neck freestyles! But would also suggest maybe starting from the beginning and watch Harry progression from the start. 👌

You guys mentioned about getting Eminem and Harry Mack together but I can tell you right now that Harry Mack is better than Eminem I mean Eminem is absolutely phenomenal but Harry Mack is on a total different level to anyone that has ever done freestyle rap no one is as good as him no one ever will be as good as him not in our life probably not even in our grandchildren's lifetimes that how good he is, there is a podcast you should watch on how Harry Max brainworks on when he freestyles it's called the nation podcast with Stevie Knight and Knox,, the video goes for about an hour I think but it is definitely worth a watch because you will learn a lot on how Harry Mack's brainworks he explains it to them Stevie Knight is just a hip hop head he knows everything about wrap and Stevie Knox is an actual artist so it's a very interesting podcast I recommend you look it up and watch you will learn a lot on how Harry Macks brain works while freestyling because he explains it to them.
