I started the Paleo diet over two years ago. I lost 25 lbs that I needed to loose within the first two months with no effort. I do not eat dairy because I am lactose intolerant, so that was no hardship for me. Getting rid of grains and legumes in my diet made a huge difference. I had suffered from a variety of stomach ailments and they disappeared when I started this diet. It is easy to follow, but the only drawback for some people is you have to be willing to cook. I use no packaged or processed foods, so food prep is a little more labor intensive, but I've found really good ways to do this. I usually have a couple of days a week that I cook up soups, stews and casseroles and freeze them for later use. However, I like to cook so this is no hardship for me. Most of all, I have lots of energy, sleep better and feel good on this Paleo lifestyle. I do "cheat" now and then and eat a white potato rather than a sweet potato or have some dairy free ice cream, but I really don't do it often because I simply do not crave sweets at all. I also never feel hungry with this diet and don't eat in between meals. It works wonderfully for me!
I’ve been doing keto for a year and lost 30 pounds. The only reason why I would consider paleo is because I may be, well more than likely dairy intolerant. Great video, just subbed.
Same thats why I had to stop keto I loved it but my body just can not tolerate dairy . I feel like a have a lump in my throat whenever I eat it and its incredibly painful to swallow!
not sure but yeah whatever diet I follow I ain't gonna be grain free cause I absolutely love grains and I feel great and full if I have grains. I eat sorghum, pseudo grains like buckwheat, quinoa. As long as I soak them overnight they are great.
Keto works but honestly I felt disgusting from the start. Then I tried the Agoge diet plan and it also worked, but I didn't feel bad at all, so I am sticking with the Agoge diet.
Any good diet plan shoould be healthy and convenient so people can follow it long term. That's why keto sucks, and why the *Agoge diet* is great. I got rid of my cellulite finally.
while keto did help me lose weight it always give me theses headaches, u say its normal but my doctor say otherwise. he put me into this diet plant which is agoge and i never felt better when on a diet. keto never is the best for everyone
The comments section shows it: there is not 1 solution for everybody. no doctor, no youtube videi, no friends can tell you what your diet should look like. It sucks, but we have to figure out ourselves without trying to convince someone. I am currently on keto, works amazing for me but in a couple months I‘ll go out of ketosis and back at it again. My goal is to see if metabolic flexibility works :) much love to ya‘ll
Alls I know is greens tear up my stomach. I no longer suffering from horrible gas, belching or bloating. IF has helped. I don't feel hungry, no problem saying no to pastries. my problem candy and pizza so Once a month treat. I seem to be eating a combo of both. Paleo n keto. Grains are not good for me but different types of beans are. Guess you just find your body's fine line. I have been told NAFLD but numbers good when tested??? only exercise, walking, mainly uphill. Lol and tossing a Nerf ball around at walls to catch...game nearly blind, depend on hearing. Yup toss out package, box n can foods, best way to start slowly. Mostly its OK if you fall flat on your face with both. Just dust yourself off and try again. After all no one is perfect. Peace you all. Terry
Keto is not worth it imo. It's harmful and tough to stick with. I recommend the Agoge diet because it is personalized and diverse and most importantly worked great for me.
Yeah but Keto does have good benefits. The reason keto works for some is because you will not get hungry as much and therefore eat less calories. But you are right. A good amount of Keto UA-camrs are preaching a lot of bullshit about keto that carbs will kill you.
kyto is good for losing weight and focusing, but it's not a diet you have for life. perhaps the focus comes from having a calorie deficit that causes the body to be alert.

You only lost 30 pounds in a year? Are you already pretty lean
@@lindseyabbie7same here!
That's y I stopped having dairy.
Switch to raw milk. For many that solved it.
I’ve been doing keto and finding the restrictions fine. I’m going to stop strict keto low though as I’m losing too much weight.
There’s a grain called fonio that dates back to 5000 BC. Wouldn’t that be considered Paleo.

grains are indigestible and toxic anyway. humans aren't designed to eat seeds.
Do you know if humans used to eat it back then?

Paleo to low carb to ketosis to carnivore every step decreasing carbs

Keto❤️👏🏻
I prefer carno. Easiest to follow and biggest health benefits.
If you want to lose fat, I suggest trying the Agoge diet. I lost lots of fat and felt great all the way.
Paleo more restrictive to me. Keto or low carb is better. I'm not giving up cheese if I have 2 give up potatoes and rice 😂
I went back to potatoes lol cheese now stinks to me except on pizza n Mac & cheese! Choices lol take care of yourself!

it's not harmful to eliminate sugar.
My only regret is not trying the Agoge diet sooner, very good results. Keto really ruined me for a couple of weeks before that.
The *Agoge diet* is really something different, it just works.
Butter is not allowed 😅
Did cavemen have butter, but no yoghurt???
1st 😄
Okinawa eat a lot of pork and the data for high carbs isn't new plus they eat fruits
Raw meat . so caveman. Paleo similar to traditional Mexican food vegetables and meat or is that keto?
He looks like Virat Kohali
You're not a cartoon man, or wooly mammoth! Oh wait, there they are.
This guy is beautiful
Now listen to a real doctor and you will hear the opposite!
Both suck, just eat plants
Plants have feelings too asshole

appeal to nature cannot be a fallacy when talking about nutrition because human beings are a part of nature. it's fundamental to understand biology.
