The reality is this: You can bloviate all you want, to your heart's content, if you wish. But all your talk, all your posturing, and all your remarks used to make someone feel small are nothing compared to the actual knowledge that one man's belief in what he loves will break your snide ass down like a shotgun. They are both right, the constitution of the United States its incomplete, I don't know about crude but I do know that there are rights that were left out like "the right of privacy" which without a doubt would have had a huge level of importance today not to mention that amendment 28th should have already being a part of the constitution, so yes, the United States constitution is incomplete A personal note regarding the future of the constitution right after its creation, I don't know what the hell was going trough James Madison's head at that moment but it had nothing to do with thinking about the future, otherwise the 2th amendment wouldn't exist the way it does Keep in mind that the US constitution is a 200+ year old document ok? so naturally there are things in that document that are no longer necessary in the world we live today
