    Ingredients
    For the Gulab Jamun:
    1 cup khoya (mawa)
    1/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon Milk powder
    tablespoons milk (or as needed)
    Ghee or oil, for frying
    For the Sugar Syrup:
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups water
    4-5 green cardamom pods
    1 teaspoon rose water (optional)
    A few saffron strands (optional)
