Ingredients:
Chashni
2 cups water
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ilaychi powdee
1 tsp Zarda color optional
1 tsp lemon juice
Milk powder 1 cup
Flour 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp leveled
Ilaychi powder 1/4 tsp leveled
Ghee 1 tbsp
Egg 1 *room temperature
