Great video! Can you explain why you used liver of sulfur instead of sharpies this time? I know you mentioned that it works well with copper elements, would a sharpie work in a pinch? Thanks for sharing!
Elizabeth Adams Ooo! Great question! Liver of sulphur creates a chemical reaction with copper, and causes it to oxidize. It works with silver and brass too. It won’t work with aluminum, and that’s the reason I use inks with aluminum. I sometimes use sharpie or paint markers with copper and brass too, just depending on the look I’m going for. I chose liver of sulphur this time for the more rich, organic color, and because it’s more permanent.
Love this! And the unique shape of the blank makes all the difference in the world.
Susan Gage thank you! I definitely get a little bored with circles. 🙂
Wow so pretty you make good Mandela and I hope to be like you when I start. Lisa
This is gorgeous!
Beautiful.
Thank you!
absolutely gorgeous!
sweetriri90 Thank you so much!
love it ...
Does the duct tape on the block help with the sound of hammering?
It's Amazing!! I thought the flower cut outs were a little expensive, i have that die in my collection
I don't think I could ever get rid of this one. I have to stay away from the die groups because they're more tempting than my budget allows.
I have a growing collection of pancake dies so if you need something let me know
love it thanks for sharing🧝🏼♀️👍🏼🌷
