KDP publishing - how to set up a preorder before your book launch on Amazon

I've got 7 days to finish my next book but the preorder page is up, so I made a video walking through some KDP preorder stuff you need to know, with some random marketing and book launch tips as well... wish me luck it's going to be a busy week.

Hey Derek, I hope you don't mind the question, but why isn't book 5 of Fated Destruction on KU? I noticed all other books on the series were, sorry for being nosy but I was just curious

A quick question for you, because I cannot find a direct contact for kdp on the site. Why does it take 2 months to print and send me 2 author copies of my paperback book? Thanks.

it shouldn't. if the books is set up and approved, the orders and shipping should go through quickly. If you go through KDP, "help" and "contact us" they are usually pretty swift, I would guess there's some issue with your files.
