I'd love it if some one could do a video to show how to change a turn signal light bulb in one of these front light units factory installed. There is nothing at all on you tube. Other than that you are a craftsman!
Why are there 3 wires on the harness to the taillights. Shouldn't it just be a positive and a negative? It appears there are 24 volts running to the taillights
I installed these lights on my Yamaha Drive and am experiencing a fuse blow every time I turn them on. There are no shorts but the switch was disconnected by a friend and the wiring back to the switch he could not remember. It is marked supply, earth and load. As I am not really a technician I am unsure as to where the connectors should go for the switch. If you can tell me perhaps it will fix the issue...thanks in advance.
I have this kit on a used cart that I bought. The turn signal is out on one side. However, my kit was not installed using the four screws that you show in the video. Your front assembly has four holes for the screws, but mine doesn't even have these holes. I guess it was just popped in and some expansion springs hold it in place? Any thoughts? I don't want to pull in it, and break something. Thanks.
How do you add the signal blinker to this setup?

You ever figure it out?
@@damon7845 Not yet. I also want to install a signal buzzer but afraid if I take it apart I won't get it back together.
What kit do I need to install brake and Turn signals to this kit shown?7
how do I replace one of the headlight bulbs?
is there a fuse for it somewhere?

You didn’t mention what size drill bit you use for cutting hole for switch
so what happens with the Reducer you mentiond

I could not see any of the line you were cutting. Also the template placement looked like it would be easy to be off by a lot.
Rivets break and need new ones? Having trouble getting mine out clean
What kind of cutting tool is it that you are using?
Dremel with a multi purpose bit set at mid speed
Can this light kit fit a g8 cart
Is the kit no longer available? The link on your website does not work.
Hi where did you get those lights?
What is the bit you use in the dremel tool?
Small Router bit. Comes with all Dremel kits.
Is it possible to adjust the headlights after install? Mine seem to be pointed upwards a little too far. (Installed by a mod expert, not by me)
How do you wire to the ignition switch so it will turn off lights when key is removed????
For gas carts you attach the red power wire to the switched leg of the key switch. For electric carts you will need a switched 48v -12v converter
@@MadjaxTV Great. But how is the converter switched?
Your battery will get unbalanced and not charge properly.
Yes. A reducer should be used.
@@steveott1884 and not a 18-volt one, either 36 or 48 volt too 12v no fuse,? Light's not working? Where to start? ??
If you are lucky the template will be correct and you won’t end up ruining your cowl.
yeah seriously. i had a close call with the template
