    The Phoenix Lights weren't just caught on camera, they were broadcast on live tv across the nation. I remember watching them here on the East Coast. It was so cool to see actual unexplained lights as they happened.

    • @billyo.9969
      @billyo.9969 3 дні тому

      No, they weren't. The broadcast showed a "video" someone took. They are NOT unexplained either. They were M485 Illumination rounds fired from an M109 155MM howitzer. How do I know? I used to shoot them. I'm a retired Field Artillery Commander. We used to shoot them all of them time. If you want to know more about them, just ask. BUT, they were not alien spaceships!!!

    • @ladykoiwolfe
      @ladykoiwolfe 3 дні тому

      @@billyo.9969 yeah they were, I watched it on the news. They did also show several videos several people took. But it was broadcast live.
      They hovered. For a really long time. They stayed in formation, and they didn't come up from the ground.

    That mom in the storm was so calm and made sure all her kids got inside before she did, great mom! Also I worked at Walmart and when i was doing some stocking at 4am a notebook journal got thrown off the shelf, it didnt iust fall off it was 3 feet away from the shelf that i was standing next to. Also i worked the liquor line and i was bent over looking for a bottle and held my hand out in confusion, then a bottle of Smirnoff fell right into my palm andni reflexively closed my hand saving it lol
    Edit: those kids that fought back are brave as hell! The girl that thought to put the slime on the dude is smart but its also funny that the dude got caught because of some slime 😂

    Concerning the " Ghost Car ", stop the video just as the dashcam shows the fence, then look to the top left and you can see the cross piece rebounding back into place. They knew where it was which is why they were swerving all over. They were looking for the section they broke so they could escape, and it worked.

    I laugh every time I see the video of the "ghost car". You can see the chain link fence still shaking from where the car drove through it. It's not uncommon to see chain link fences mounted only at the top of the poles. Due to this, the essentially pushed itself under the fence, with it harmlessly flipping up over the roof of the car, falling back into place after. Just because you don't understand something with a cursory glance, doesn't mean something supernatural happened.

      The TV show Fact or Faked did a segment on this video and showed exactly that happening. Their “ghost car” went through the fence and the fence stop just as their “cop car “ gets there. In the dark it would be very easy for the cops to miss the fence moving.

    • @ceegee-gg6kr
      @ceegee-gg6kr 15 днів тому +1

    For the Walmart section, there was a guy who came into our store, and proceeded to try and steal a kitchen knife to cut open packages and steal the items, but ended up cutting his hand. What does he do? Runs through several isles, smearing his blood everywhere, also ran into the mcdonalds there and smeared his blood there too. They had to close for a few hours and deep clean everything. They kept their soda machines closed longer to clean it 3 more times. It was insane.

    I saw something similar to Kristen Mire back in like 2013. The orbs of lights didn’t flash but they moved around so erratically. Sometimes 2 of them, sometimes 3. They’d weave in close to each other then repel like they were magnetic polars. It was so weird and happened multiple times over about a months time. I was freaking out about them too. Told my husband, family and friends about it. Everyone thought I was nuts.

    If a person has a phobia of clowns and a different person decides to go out and scare people like so, would the person with the phobia be held responsible if he floors it and makes road pizza with the perpetrator?

    • @gmmartines7331
      @gmmartines7331 9 місяців тому +3

      Yes. Having a phobia isn't a pass to murder

    • @depressedterrestrial6821
      @depressedterrestrial6821 8 місяців тому +1

      Not a lawyer, but I feel like it would be ruled as self defense if the clown had a weapon and approached the car. If the clown was standing on the side of the road waving but not showing a weapon or getting close to cars and was then run over, then I think it would be murder since the driver would have to go out of their way to hit him and with no threat to their life.

    • @IAmKrazyKyle
      @IAmKrazyKyle 7 місяців тому

      Phobia wouldn’t be factored in (if it went to trial, the prosecution would very likely try to use this to influence the jury to be sympathetic to the person with the phobia, however). But, as another commenter correctly pointed out, this would almost certainly be ruled self-defense. Juries around kind of unpredictable (although they do have some predictable patterns in their verdicts), but this is about as open and shut as it gets. Even if the clown person didn’t actually have a weapon, what is important is whether the victim felt their life was in danger. If that perception exists and you can convince a jury that it did (the phobia would help solidify that belief amongst jurors), then it’s a wrap for the clown person. Overall, with the videos of other clowns holding weapons and approaching cars, there would be little sympathy for them if they were flattened by a victim in their car. Fuck, if that happened to me I would drive away as fast as humanly possible and if I hit them on my way out, then that’s just what they get. I will not potentially sacrifice my life to save one of someone who looks to want to cause me harm. This is likely how any judge or jury would see that kind of case. Moral of the story: play stupid games, win stupid prizes (death, serious injury, or life imprisonment are your 3 most likely options here).

    • @SoManyRandomRamblings
      @SoManyRandomRamblings 2 місяці тому

      Depends on if your lawyer can find a psychologist who can claim not only to be an expert on phobias but that the person lost touch with reality because of the fear being that intense. It would probably need to be backed up by prior documentation that the phobia was that intense. It probably won't get away with it totally, but might get off on temporary insanity. Mainly comes down to how good your lawyer is and if you can find "an expert" to testify.

    The mom in Grimes, Iowa was getting her kids inside from the 2020 derecho that hit here with over 100 mph winds. I was at work in West Des Moines, IA when it hit, and it was the scariest thing ever. 2nd floor office, surrounded by glass. The sky turned black so fast, and you could see the trees whipping and almost snapping in half. We heard the sirens going off, but yet our supervisors told to stay where we were, “it was just a little wind.” We ran the rest of the day on a backup generator, and when I drove home to Altoona, it looked like a war zone. So much destruction.

    The fresno sighting with the weird leg looking things, ive seen them before, just not in real life. They look and move just like the one enemy in battle toads that resemble a pair of legs in the first level. Not sure if anybody ever noticed that before

    5:25 She made several really bad calls here. For one, if you see dangerous weather coming towards you WHILE driving, ensure that you quickly drive in the opposite direction of the storm’s path as well as away from it in general. Also, get a good five-ten mile distance before trying to leave the vehicle.
    Second, if you have to run on foot to get into a building in this sort of emergency - you will likely get away with temporarily parking in the fire lane to evacuate a threat (just try NOT to block any doors and make sure to check state laws). Doing this would have totally prevented that bowling pin….. I mean kid… from falling.
    Third, try better to stay calm and don’t stress anyone else out during these kinds of things, instead learn/practice some stress management techniques. Especially with such a big litter of cats…… I mean kids. Lastly, they were actually safer in the van continuing to drive away than running into a large commercial building where storm winds can leverage its size and through pressure, pop that roof right off. Think about it… how many gymnasiums fall victim to powerful winds? Ugh.
    All in all, she tried so hard to do everything right that she literally did everything wrong and caused potential fall injuries too.

    Maura’s disappearance is one of the few that I’ve heard of that STILL baffles me to this day….it’s so bizarre and makes me WISH we (especially her family and friends) had more answers!! But I’m grateful for people like Chilling Scares who use their platforms to spread awareness!! Whether it’s old news or not we still need to keep on it to help solve these disappearances that aren’t like normal ones.

      Maybe she wanted to leave the emergency lane open in case the store was heavily damaged and ambulances and fire trucks were needed. Or maybe her mind was focused on the kids to the point where she subconsciously parked like she usually would.

    Walmart brings out all the weirdos and creeps. ppl don't wear masks, the employees don't get payed enough or at all, their treated like crap by everyone, the store is more often than not filthy and full of disease in the bathroom, nothing is where it should be broken or bad, and you can walk out with a cart full of stuff and no one stops you or does anything about it cause they don't care or aren't payed enough to care. a friend worked there for a week and was treated like crap before having to choose between her sick child and her job quit and got nothing, never saw a penny of the pathetic pay she was supposed to get. I get hit by carts or screamed at by entitled people nearly every time I go there. if I can avoid going there and getting what I need elsewhere I do it. and No, im not in Texas.

    While i never agreed with the mask mandate, and I've never seen any science that they were effective, private businesses have the right to refuse service for any reason they wish. They can say that you cannot enter with a purple shirt if they want. So they have the right to require masks if they wish. Nobody has the right to be served in any establishment.

      Bums me out that the anti-mask man has to have a meltdown and abuse the employees, but the manager was constantly escalating the situation. He turned to leave a few times and she would try to get the last word in... and... boom.!!! He's back.!! 🤬then the media would use the incident to paint a bad picture of people that believe the narrative. A

      Wal-Mart and other corporations backed off the mask mandates within their stores quickly due to the threats of lawsuits. Turns out they can’t enforce masking due to it being a medical device. While private businesses have a lot of leeway under the law, they’re not islands unto themselves. They knew they would likely lose in court so they quietly and quickly all started pulling their mask mandates. It was mostly individual employees that couldn’t handle people exercising personal choice that we were seeing abuse customers over and over. If those customers sued they’re probably rich today and good for them! Masking leads to bacterial pneumonia, especially wearing them after they’re wet, wearing them too long, shoving them in a pocket and pulling them out to re-use later. Exactly what they said the virus led to, funny how that works, isn’t it? I never masked, personally. Also happen to be of the absolute highest risk group they said was at risk. I also remembered high school biology lessons that taught us how our immune system works, lol. We need exposed to each other and our environment to maintain a strong immune system. You take in small doses of bacteria and viruses daily so your body fights it and you become immune. I never got sick. All the people in charge that forced masks on us have all since admitted they don’t work, too. The silly “social distance” rule was completely arbitrary and made up, also. And, look at what we did to each other over it all! We should be ashamed as a nation. We had leaders kill our elderly with it by entrapping them with sick people they ordered into their nursing homes. Nothing happened to them. We let them get away with it. But, we’ll beat each other to death over a piece of paper on the face that is missing.

      The mask mandate was the best psychological and social test to show how many people are simply conformists without any criticism, and how many were using common sense to recognise what is going on. The first group decided to follow instructions which has not even based on science, the second group knew that wearing mask affecting lungs and leads to increase lungs infections. There are many academic sources confirming this: that wearing masks led to incease of health issues and even deaths. And there are no academic sources confirming that wearing mask was really effective method in any prevention or decrease deaths.
