    Okay! I am a Trinidadian living in Canada,and when I was a child my way of making something called salt fish "Buljol"
    was the same way but different -we added a lot of onions and Olive oil and my grandmother was make"bake" to eat with it
    also we had it with Avocado.
    as my grandmother would say in her Trinidad accent...the best in the world.

    I love this so much I have to buy everything to make it. The only thing I don't have is that spicy pepper maybe I can use habanero peppers as a substitute.This would also make a great filling in a pattie.

      When you buy eat this at a take away restaurant, it's always cooked without pepers! They add always hotsauce seperately to it. Best thing to use Scotch peppers!

    When did u add the lime

    • @Metemgee
      @Metemgee  4 роки тому +1

      Hi there, I squeeze the lime juice (about 1/2 of a lime) towards the end. It helps with some of the fishy flavor. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching.
