I have a young Amydrium Aippelianum about 20 inch in length. These leaves take forever to open, and often need some help, but I do love the look. Also, philodendron lamii is now added to my wish list. Stunning pop of color. Thank you Kevin for all the great information.💚
Thai Constellation is spitting out a new leaf crazy thing is It seemed like the last one just hardened off. My Monstera Albo 1 leaf cutting is getting its first leaf under my care Im so excited.
Hey Kevin! Fascinating video about the day in the life of a plant. A quick question: I have a Philodendron Gloriosum that relies mostly on two mother plantspecturm grow lights. As I want to have the leaves develop facing toward our view, I had the grow lights positioned from the side. The leaves are growing very healthy and large, but the problem is they are jutting sideways taking up massive real estate. I have seen gloriosums grown with more natural lighting and they jut upwards. My question is: if I am to get a different grow light like a tall floor lamp shining down diagonally from above, will the existing leaves be able to adjust upwards to chase the light? Thank you in advance!
My green Florida does get nice big leaves often enough, and one of the monsteras the fastest to get new leaves ,however I remember a year ago this was not the case ,and the other monstera has exactly the same exposure to every thing I give ,and is very slow in growing new leaves ...each to their own.. ?..😅 💚 🌿🌵🍀💚

Stunning time lapse leaves!😻
They're so captivating to watch, aren't they?
Yes! I'm running down the stairs every morning to see if my Spiritus Sancti has started to unroll. Reminds me of being a kid at Christmas 🎄 😅
Thank you for sharing that! It’s amazing how little things can bring back such joyful memories and excitement. I love hearing that from you!

That's a great question! I've found that plant leaves can adjust their growth direction in response to light changes, but it takes time. 😊
Monstera Masterpiece/ mutated Oceana here just unfurled - one of the most interesting baby leaf form. Wondering what it’s saying
It’s fascinating to see how unique each Monstera leaf can be! I’m curious about the stories they tell through their shapes and colors.

My varigated rubber plant produces leaves all year long.
That's fantastic! Variegated rubber plants are such a joy to have around, especially with their continuous growth. Keep nurturing it!
