When I first heard this song, this had such a nostalgic bittersweet feeling. I can’t help but feel she was thinking about whether to graduate or continue even back then when she was recording this song.
yeah, even when this just released, that second "I'm not alone" in the pre-chorus felt way more somber. Now it feels like a self-reassurance for Sana (and probably sanalites too). Man ;_;

This song opened the door of my heart to Sana and she made a home for herself so quickly, I deeply wish I could have spent more time as a sanalite. For an ageless being like her, she saw the romance and tragedy of humans. She roared with laughter at their antics, and she shed tears for their misfortunes.
'How fun it must be to live amongst these people!' she thought. 'Oh, I know!'
She decided to go and shrink herself, so that she can fulfill her wish of being with humanity. Here, on this lump of dirt called Earth, she chose to land. She made their way hers, and she responded in kind. In due time she found ageless beings like her, personifications of the concepts that form the fundamentals of reality.
The girl laughed and cried, smiled and frowned, with these people whom she had now come to love so much.
But alas, she could not stay forever. She had her duties, and eventually, she bade them farewell.
Yet the time she had spent with humanity had touched so many hearts, who made an oath to never forget the big, bubbly girl with her endless bundle of energy. 'Someday, we will find you again,' these humans declared.
Time passed, and the legend of the girl had been passed on across the generations. Compared to the billions of years of the universe, the brief history of mankind was not even worthy of being a footnote. Nevertheless, the dream and the memories that were kept alive pushed them ever forward. Unafraid of the chaos that was the void of the universe, humans aboard ships smiled that fearless smile.
It was time to sail and find her once again.

the only thing I can't figure out about the beat is why does it sound like it's screaming in the middle of the chorus? It sounds so off-putting and weird the more you listen to it. The rest of the song is great, though.

Now listening to this song again, I cried profusely in bed. It was my first encounter with Holo Live in Korea, and I often watched Sana's broadcasts, and it developed into my first Ohsi. Even though it was always difficult and the broadcast was delayed, I always supported Sana. In the cover song, Sana was smiling with the other members of the legislature.
