Oh my goodness, so many’s products, it seems overwhelming! My skin type is completely different than yours and I have different issues but I love watching your videos. You are gorgeous! I am 58 years old, have always had good skin and unfortunately have not done a lot to take care of it. But a few years ago I did start a cleansing and moisturizing routine as I have dry skin. I think it is mainly due to my age and menopause because in my teens through 30’s I was very oily both my skin and hair. But as that all changed I needed to as well. I have recently subscribed to your channel and would love to see a morning and evening routine video that isn’t too overwhelming. I don’t want to spend forever in the morning or evening. I wish Cerave would stop reformulating their products (and making various sizes with questionable price differences). The new PM lotion apparently has a higher concentration of niacinamide which may be causing the burning. I found the new formula clogged my pores and left a coated, siliconey feeling behind.
Yes it did feel very pore clogging and suffocating. I had to wash it off, it was so bad. 😩 Trey Vanicream Daily Moisturizer. It's better than the CeraVe pm ever was. I forgot to mention that since it wasn't in my empty pile.

The cerave does the same thing to me which is so odd because I’ve used it in the past with no issues. What a smart idea to use it on your feet, I gave mine away. Great product info very thorough but done quickly ... I definitely need to look into the skin medica!
Try the Vanicream Daily Moisturizer instead of the CeraVe. It's really good and has great ingredients. And a ton of Ceramides too...oh and it's super affordable.

It's such a nice serum! My mom didn't like it but she used it wrong...She only used the serum and nothing else. LOL Gotta apply to clean DAMP (not dry) skin and then add other serums if needed and seal in with a good moisturizer. Instant results. I love it!

Yes ma'am it does...it's not super high on the ingredients list but it's in there....that's why I say you most likely don't need a separate Niacinamide serum because nowadays it's in almost every skincare products (cleansers and moisturizers too...and SPF)
I like alot of them for the body. Depends on if you want mineral or chemical? I prefer the chemical ones for my body so my whole body doesn't look crazy LOL but Hawaiian Tropic sheer touch Spf 30 is the one I'm using now. And for mineral I really like Pipette Baby. It doesn't leave a white cast.

Hi, you didn’t mention Curology which I have been using ever since you turned me on to it in an older video. The company has helpful customer service. But I always wondered if it helps to add moisturizer after putting it on. Do you still approve of it? And would you use it around upper lip line wrinkles?
I got this recommendation from a subscriber that used Curology. She said to check out AGENCY which is a branch of Curology for mature (older) ladies. I switched from Curology to Agency and love it.
I use it 1st thing after I cleanse and before any other serums for best results. And I use either morningor night. The 1st month I did use a.m. and p.m. but now just once a day about 5 days a week.

Yes I have, it's a great serum...it's a dupe for the super expensive SkinCeuticals original CE Ferulic. But unfortunalty I can't use either of those that often because it will irritate my skin. If you don't have acne prone skin, you most likely won't have any issues.

Thanks for sharing!! Porebright is really nice. about 3 or 4 days a week I use the Mandelibright right after I cleanse and then I use a hydrating serum, then the Exaglow. But you can skip the additional hydrator with these serums. And then I follow with a moisturizer and SPF if daytime. I usually use them at night when I don't use retinol. 🤗

Lol yah it can have that funky ammonia scent sometimes. If I use on clean dry skin it's not bad but if I'm still damp or have anything on my hands, the scent is there. But Amlactic is Ammonium Lactate so it naturally has that scent. Try an exfoliating shower gel like one from the brand Sanitas and then just use your favorite moisturizer after. This way you still get exfoliated but no scent. I have a discount for a good exfoliating shower gel if you need it. 🤗

It has the slight ammonia scent on me for maybe a few minutes and then when it's dry, no scent at all. Or maybe just use in the morning, let dry then get dressed...and use whatever your favorite moisturizer is at night. The DRMTLGY one doesn't have as strong of a scent as the Amlactin. Maybe try that one and see if your skin likes it better??? I actually just took a shower and used the DRMTLGY one. I'm literally smelling my legs to see and my husband thinks I'm nuts. haha! it's dry and no scent.
Hey hun the cerave formula hasn't changed I thought that as well my menopause specialist says it's changes in skin sensitivity caused be the hormonal changes. Starts in peri menopause. Peri menopause starts in late 30's.
Oh interesting, yes totally could be perimenopause for sure. Darn hormones! LOL But I found out the formula actually did change...it's also super sticky now compared to the original. But I prefer Vanicream Daily moisturizer over CeraVe anyways...even better than their original one I used to love. 😘

Such a great video, thank you! I’ve been a Truth Treatment lover for at least 3 years now. The C serum, 5% retinol, C balm, and many others. Use the Paula’s Choice salicylic toner you showed (gray bottle) daily and love it! Testing the Osmosis Stem Factor. Used the NeoCutis Bio Serum Firm last year with no results. Was disappointed considering the cost. Would love to try TNS, but yes, the price is high. Maybe I’ll try it when it goes on sale again! Also bought three bottles of the Niod spray this spring when it was in stock for a few hours. :)

What a great video. One of my favorite products is TT 5% retinol. I have no adverse reactions in my face but I put it in my neck and was so irritated and red. How do you use it in your neck. I can only use it once a week on my neck but I moisturize my neck 1st then add the tiniest amount of TT retinol and then moisturize again...so I have a nice buffer. I really enjoy StemFactor but TNS really made a fast noticeable difference in my skin. I'm hoping maybe they would have a good sale around Christmas??? but even then I've never seen a sale like what they just had. I'll definitely share as soon as I know of a good sale. 🤗
Totally get your love of Skin Medica TNS Essential Serum. I discovered it a few years ago & keep coming back to it even after trying several other medical grade GF products. Have you tried the newer TNS Advanced Serum in the white bottle? If not, are there ingredients in it that may not be good for your skin type? Regarding the CeraVe, what they changed is the order of the ingredients. There’s nothing new but the active ingredients were moved up and Ceteryl Alcohol was moved down past the Ceramides. Cereryl used to be 2nd ingredient. Maybe it was a nice buffer? I have two bottles of the old formula (CVS brand) then I’ll have to use the new formulation. I agree that the new formula it “stings” but I’m hoping I get used to it and it goes away 🤞. Or better yet that they go back to the old formula! 😉
First of all, you’re beautiful. Secondly, holy moly…so many products. I couldn’t keep up. How and when do you use them? I try a rule of 3 (recommended by many dermatologists) not counting sunscreen and moisturizer. So what 3 would you use together? (In the moderate price point, please.) Thanks
LOL these are products I've tested over probably 9 months. I should film more often haha! My skincare routine never consists of all these products at once. Yikes! I typically just cleanse, hydrate, treatment, moisturize and SPF but in a hurry, I cleanse, treatment serum and moisturizing SPF. Simple is better. But I test stuff for my channel so I will always go through a TON more skincare than the average person. It would depend on your skin type and skin concern before I could recommend 3 specific products...you may not have melasma or combo skin like me so your needs may be different. But for all skin types any gentle cleanser (CeraVE or Vanicream have some of my affordable faves) and for moisturizer Vanicream Daily Moisturizer is fabulous. And for an amazon affordable SPF, DRMTLGY. But again I wouldn't know what to recommend for treatment products for you since I'm not sure of your skin type. 🤗

Agree about the Cerave moisturizer. It burned my skin too!!! Is the EltaMD moisturizer moisturizing enough for skin that is dried peeling from Tretenoin?
Yes the ELTA MD is perfect but if you are having dry peeling fro tretinoin, add a hydrator 1st BEFORE the moisturizer...even something super gentle like Avene Thermal Spring water and if irritated then add CosRX CICA Serum. That is my holy grail for irritated dry skin and prevents those tretinoin flakies and irritation. But always seal those in with a moisturizer...and for an affordable moisturizer try the Vanicream Daily moisturizer if you want to save, since Elta MD isn't super cheap. For me, her BHA since I've used it for so many years and get amazing results. And because you most likely already have Niacinamide in your cleanser or moisturizer or other serums. Just try the $10 deluxe size 1st. That's what I just bought again since I only use a couple drops and that size bottle lasts me a few months. Thank you. Don't use on the same night as your retinol. Use in a.m. right after you cleanse, then use other serums after. And MUST use spf or skin could get worse from the mandelic acid if not using spf. Or use at night but only on nights not using retinols. 🤗

But your skin is amazing and I’ve often thought that men have an advantage with shaving and all the exfoliation in doing that. But I’m not sure I want the maintenance of it if it’s very often. The huge sale I mentioned in this video was the highest I've ever seen it at authorized retailers. (Don't buy from unauthorized retailers that have it on craze abnormal sales because it is most likely a fake or expired). Authorized retailers are listed on SkinMedica's website too. I'm hoping maybe they will have something like that again for Black Friday but even last years Black Friday sale wasn't as amazing as it just was....but fingers crossed.
Unfortunately no. It's very expensive to make real growth factor serums and they are made from human stem cells (this one from a donated foreskin from a circumcision years ago 🤮 no actual ding dongs in the serum tho 😳 🤪it's the proteins that's in this) LOL but scientists have been using this for years to heal burns in hospital patients and rejuvenate the skin cells. So trust me, there is no real dupe for something so advanced and this is why it's so darn expensive. If you find a cheap one, I would not use it. Since it can cause cells to grow...you don't want one that isn't approved by Dermatologists and you would want to be cautious of any cheap ones, as most Drs I've talked to say they "could" cause cancer cells to grow. Lots of info behind this type of serum. But for a good serum, not a dupe, you can always just try an all in one antioxidant serum during the day and a good retinol at night that's affordable.... and skip the growth factors. Retinols and growth factors are great for firming the skin. And SPF daily. I don't often skin needle so not sure. Look up Gin Amber Beauty. She is the expert on derma rolling. 🤗
Both. It's rarely even 10% off but the sale I mentioned in this video was by far the best I've ever seen in years. Just make sure you purchase from an authorized retailer. There are some fakes out there unfortunately.

I have been looking for a moisturiser, I was going to purchase the Cerave PM but after you saying they have changed the formula and had a reaction I have decided against it. I am 44 and have recently changing my skincare to fragrance free as I still suffer from some acne and think fragrance isn't helping. I recently purchased some products from Paulas Choice and was wondering if you can recommend any moisturiser from that brand. Always scared to try new products as I don't want to break out. I love some Paula's Choice moisturizers but do you have Vanicream there? Their daily moisturizer is fabulous and chock full of similar ingredients as Elta MD...but it's super affordable.

Yes I love Catalyst for the results...but I don't like the color and don't like getting it on my pillow BUT it washes out easily. Just looks gross. I've used it for a couple years now. I wanted to see if it really helped with broken capillaries and it got rid of a little pesky one on my cheek! Went through a few bottles before that happened but I really like it... I don't like it during the day because of the color so I use in p.m.. I've never tried that cream. I did try the SCULPPLA Eye Cream and I wasn't impressed. But it has great reviews so I'm sure the brand is fabulous..just didn't do much for me. Let me know if you like it. I've been reading about their other products. 🤗

I have lots of p.m. skincare videos sharing the other routines I use if you'd like to check those out. But it depends on what my skin is doing....however usually I just cleanse, hydrate (like a ha serum or face mist, then 1 or 2 at the most treatment serums (ie aha or bha, maybe a mask, maybe niacinamide or azelaic acid, or growth factor serum) and moisturizer after. 🤗

Some people say it works, others say it doesn’t. I’ve been using it and I haven’t seen improvements but I’m hoping it’s helping to control it so that it doesn’t get worse. 🤷🏻♀️ There’s also a dupe that is supposed to be the same thing. There’s UA-cam videos on it. I’m thinking about trying the dupe once I finish my Cyspera. Maybe the dupe will work better for me 🤞🏼
I never got to try it. Went to the new Dermatologist and she was awful. She had never heard of Cyspera and wanted me to get a compound of super high dose hydroquinone and laser. I was like, Uhhhh but this is melasma. She said "same thing as hyperpigmentation" I RAN out of there! Haha!

Yep you'll peel like snake skin if you use too often. Start slow...once a week, then twice a week after maybe a few weeks. I still only use no more than 3 times a week. Make sure you use a good hydrator and moisturizer. But your skin gets used to it and will stop peeling over time. But slow and just a tad is best.🤗

@@pamelacossey8604 the Obagi Retinol is really nice. The Sanitas is more of a once a week retinol peeling treatment, not for daily retinol. If you go to a website called Goodrx.com you may be able to get your tretinoin pretty inexpensive, just need a prescription and then you can compare which pharmacy offers it cheapest.
Yes love it...but it's not empty yet. I like it more for inflammation and healing my skin faster. But so far I still prefer TNS (for anti-aging, firming texture) over all GFS I have tried. 🤗

Oh my goodness, so many’s products, it seems overwhelming! My skin type is completely different than yours and I have different issues but I love watching your videos. You are gorgeous! I am 58 years old, have always had good skin and unfortunately have not done a lot to take care of it. But a few years ago I did start a cleansing and moisturizing routine as I have dry skin. I think it is mainly due to my age and menopause because in my teens through 30’s I was very oily both my skin and hair. But as that all changed I needed to as well. I have recently subscribed to your channel and would love to see a morning and evening routine video that isn’t too overwhelming. I don’t want to spend forever in the morning or evening. I wish Cerave would stop reformulating their products (and making various sizes with questionable price differences). The new PM lotion apparently has a higher concentration of niacinamide which may be causing the burning. I found the new formula clogged my pores and left a coated, siliconey feeling behind.
Yes it did feel very pore clogging and suffocating. I had to wash it off, it was so bad. 😩 Trey Vanicream Daily Moisturizer. It's better than the CeraVe pm ever was. I forgot to mention that since it wasn't in my empty pile.

It's a little too expensive to get here in Canada, though, so I'm just sticking to the regular Cerave lotion for now. Make sure you use SPF and reapply often...even on cloudy days. May need to see a Dermatologist who specializes in melasma. It sure is frustrating.

The cerave does the same thing to me which is so odd because I’ve used it in the past with no issues. What a smart idea to use it on your feet, I gave mine away. Great product info very thorough but done quickly ... I definitely need to look into the skin medica!
Try the Vanicream Daily Moisturizer instead of the CeraVe. It's really good and has great ingredients. And a ton of Ceramides too...oh and it's super affordable.

It's such a nice serum! My mom didn't like it but she used it wrong...She only used the serum and nothing else. LOL Gotta apply to clean DAMP (not dry) skin and then add other serums if needed and seal in with a good moisturizer. Instant results. I love it!

Yes ma'am it does...it's not super high on the ingredients list but it's in there....that's why I say you most likely don't need a separate Niacinamide serum because nowadays it's in almost every skincare products (cleansers and moisturizers too...and SPF)

I like alot of them for the body. Depends on if you want mineral or chemical? I prefer the chemical ones for my body so my whole body doesn't look crazy LOL but Hawaiian Tropic sheer touch Spf 30 is the one I'm using now. And for mineral I really like Pipette Baby. It doesn't leave a white cast.
Oh my goodness 😳 I tried the needle-less serum this morning for the first time. I’m super impressed. I should have taken before and after pictures! I really hope the results get better and better with time. I have to say- I got a better result with this than with my vitamin c serum.

Hi, you didn’t mention Curology which I have been using ever since you turned me on to it in an older video. The company has helpful customer service. But I always wondered if it helps to add moisturizer after putting it on. Do you still approve of it? And would you use it around upper lip line wrinkles?
I've never used Curology. But yes if your formulation has tretinoin in it, you may want to moisturize before or after. 🤗
I'm not sure what your formulation is...it's different for everyone... but I do use rerinols and retinoids all over my face, including above my lip.
I got this recommendation from a subscriber that used Curology. She said to check out AGENCY which is a branch of Curology for mature (older) ladies. I switched from Curology to Agency and love it.

Yes I have, it's a great serum...it's a dupe for the super expensive SkinCeuticals original CE Ferulic. But unfortunalty I can't use either of those that often because it will irritate my skin. If you don't have acne prone skin, you most likely won't have any issues.

Thanks for sharing!! Porebright is really nice. about 3 or 4 days a week I use the Mandelibright right after I cleanse and then I use a hydrating serum, then the Exaglow. But you can skip the additional hydrator with these serums. And then I follow with a moisturizer and SPF if daytime. I usually use them at night when I don't use retinol. 🤗

Do you still use Amlactin? I bought it several months ago (after your recommendation), however I am unable to use due to the scent. After applied, it smells like straight up ammonia. If you still use, how are you able to get around the sent? Thanks!
Lol yah it can have that funky ammonia scent sometimes. If I use on clean dry skin it's not bad but if I'm still damp or have anything on my hands, the scent is there. But Amlactic is Ammonium Lactate so it naturally has that scent. Try an exfoliating shower gel like one from the brand Sanitas and then just use your favorite moisturizer after. This way you still get exfoliated but no scent. I have a discount for a good exfoliating shower gel if you need it. 🤗

@@kristipatterson9952 Oh my goodness you just made me LOL. It must really react different with your skin than mine. It has the slight ammonia scent on me for maybe a few minutes and then when it's dry, no scent at all. Or maybe just use in the morning, let dry then get dressed...and use whatever your favorite moisturizer is at night. The DRMTLGY one doesn't have as strong of a scent as the Amlactin. Maybe try that one and see if your skin likes it better??? I actually just took a shower and used the DRMTLGY one. I'm literally smelling my legs to see and my husband thinks I'm nuts. haha! it's dry and no scent.
The smell DOES go away.... Its not that huge of a deal in reality.... I definately smell it too but not for long....🤷♀️

Hey hun the cerave formula hasn't changed I thought that as well my menopause specialist says it's changes in skin sensitivity caused be the hormonal changes. Starts in peri menopause. Peri menopause starts in late 30's.
Oh interesting, yes totally could be perimenopause for sure. Darn hormones! LOL But I found out the formula actually did change...it's also super sticky now compared to the original. But I prefer Vanicream Daily moisturizer over CeraVe anyways...even better than their original one I used to love. 😘

Such a great video, thank you! I’ve been a Truth Treatment lover for at least 3 years now. The C serum, 5% retinol, C balm, and many others. Use the Paula’s Choice salicylic toner you showed (gray bottle) daily and love it! Testing the Osmosis Stem Factor. Used the NeoCutis Bio Serum Firm last year with no results. Was disappointed considering the cost. Would love to try TNS, but yes, the price is high. Maybe I’ll try it when it goes on sale again! Also bought three bottles of the Niod spray this spring when it was in stock for a few hours. :)

What a great video. One of my favorite products is TT 5% retinol. I have no adverse reactions in my face but I put it in my neck and was so irritated and red. How do you use it in your neck. I can only use it once a week on my neck but I moisturize my neck 1st then add the tiniest amount of TT retinol and then moisturize again...so I have a nice buffer. I really enjoy StemFactor but TNS really made a fast noticeable difference in my skin. I'm hoping maybe they would have a good sale around Christmas??? but even then I've never seen a sale like what they just had. I'll definitely share as soon as I know of a good sale. 🤗
Totally get your love of Skin Medica TNS Essential Serum. I discovered it a few years ago & keep coming back to it even after trying several other medical grade GF products. Have you tried the newer TNS Advanced Serum in the white bottle? If not, are there ingredients in it that may not be good for your skin type?

Regarding the CeraVe, what they changed is the order of the ingredients. There’s nothing new but the active ingredients were moved up and Ceteryl Alcohol was moved down past the Ceramides. Cereryl used to be 2nd ingredient. Maybe it was a nice buffer? I have two bottles of the old formula (CVS brand) then I’ll have to use the new formulation. I agree that the new formula it “stings” but I’m hoping I get used to it and it goes away 🤞. Or better yet that they go back to the old formula! 😉

First of all, you’re beautiful. Secondly, holy moly…so many products. I couldn’t keep up. How and when do you use them? I try a rule of 3 (recommended by many dermatologists) not counting sunscreen and moisturizer. So what 3 would you use together? (In the moderate price point, please.) Thanks
LOL these are products I've tested over probably 9 months. I should film more often haha! My skincare routine never consists of all these products at once. Yikes! I typically just cleanse, hydrate, treatment, moisturize and SPF but in a hurry, I cleanse, treatment serum and moisturizing SPF. Simple is better. But I test stuff for my channel so I will always go through a TON more skincare than the average person. It would depend on your skin type and skin concern before I could recommend 3 specific products...you may not have melasma or combo skin like me so your needs may be different. But for all skin types any gentle cleanser (CeraVE or Vanicream have some of my affordable faves) and for moisturizer Vanicream Daily Moisturizer is fabulous. And for an amazon affordable SPF, DRMTLGY. But again I wouldn't know what to recommend for treatment products for you since I'm not sure of your skin type. 🤗

Agree about the Cerave moisturizer. It burned my skin too!!! Is the EltaMD moisturizer moisturizing enough for skin that is dried peeling from Tretenoin?
Yes the ELTA MD is perfect but if you are having dry peeling fro tretinoin, add a hydrator 1st BEFORE the moisturizer...even something super gentle like Avene Thermal Spring water and if irritated then add CosRX CICA Serum. That is my holy grail for irritated dry skin and prevents those tretinoin flakies and irritation. But always seal those in with a moisturizer...and for an affordable moisturizer try the Vanicream Daily moisturizer if you want to save, since Elta MD isn't super cheap. Hi, Sheri! With the two PC products, which one would you more recommend for pores, if you could only get one and for the money, please?
For me, her BHA since I've used it for so many years and get amazing results. And because you most likely already have Niacinamide in your cleanser or moisturizer or other serums. Just try the $10 deluxe size 1st. That's what I just bought again since I only use a couple drops and that size bottle lasts me a few months. Here is the link for the smaller size amzn.to/3i0lNFP P.S. start slow...only use it lin eonce a week at at night, then up it to 2x a week etc. Your face will peel like a snake if you use it too often...I mean kinda cool but ugly under makeup with peely skin so slow and a tiny amount is best to see good results with zero peeling. Give it at least 2- 3 months to see real results. And SPF is a must...pores actually get stretched out from sun damage and nothing we can do about that once that happens. 😩

Thank you. Don't use on the same night as your retinol. Use in a.m. right after you cleanse, then use other serums after. And MUST use spf or skin could get worse from the mandelic acid if not using spf. Or use at night but only on nights not using retinols. 🤗

Thank you for all the wonderful information. I didn't see a link to I think the 3rd product talked about. Maybe a company called Cosek? It was for irritated skin. I have an issue with hives on my neck & am constantly trying something to calm it down, but also hydrate. Most neck creams are a disaster. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I love these videos! How often do you shave your face? I’ve never heard of a woman doing this. But your skin is amazing and I’ve often thought that men have an advantage with shaving and all the exfoliation in doing that. But I’m not sure I want the maintenance of it if it’s very often. The huge sale I mentioned in this video was the highest I've ever seen it at authorized retailers. (Don't buy from unauthorized retailers that have it on craze abnormal sales because it is most likely a fake or expired). Authorized retailers are listed on SkinMedica's website too. I'm hoping maybe they will have something like that again for Black Friday but even last years Black Friday sale wasn't as amazing as it just was....but fingers crossed.
Is there a dupe for the growth factor? Or something cheaper that works similar to the one you use?
Unfortunately no. It's very expensive to make real growth factor serums and they are made from human stem cells (this one from a donated foreskin from a circumcision years ago 🤮 no actual ding dongs in the serum tho 😳 🤪it's the proteins that's in this) LOL but scientists have been using this for years to heal burns in hospital patients and rejuvenate the skin cells. So trust me, there is no real dupe for something so advanced and this is why it's so darn expensive. If you find a cheap one, I would not use it. Since it can cause cells to grow...you don't want one that isn't approved by Dermatologists and you would want to be cautious of any cheap ones, as most Drs I've talked to say they "could" cause cancer cells to grow. Lots of info behind this type of serum. But for a good serum, not a dupe, you can always just try an all in one antioxidant serum during the day and a good retinol at night that's affordable.... and skip the growth factors. I have another video sharing other alternatives that are more affordable. Hope that helps!🤗

Retinols and growth factors are great for firming the skin. And SPF daily. I don't often skin needle so not sure. Look up Gin Amber Beauty. She is the expert on derma rolling. 🤗

Both. It's rarely even 10% off but the sale I mentioned in this video was by far the best I've ever seen in years. Just make sure you purchase from an authorized retailer. There are some fakes out there unfortunately.

I have been looking for a moisturiser, I was going to purchase the Cerave PM but after you saying they have changed the formula and had a reaction I have decided against it. I am 44 and have recently changing my skincare to fragrance free as I still suffer from some acne and think fragrance isn't helping. I recently purchased some products from Paulas Choice and was wondering if you can recommend any moisturiser from that brand. Always scared to try new products as I don't want to break out.

I love some Paula's Choice moisturizers but do you have Vanicream there? Their daily moisturizer is fabulous and chock full of similar ingredients as Elta MD...but it's super affordable.

Yes I love Catalyst for the results...but I don't like the color and don't like getting it on my pillow BUT it washes out easily. Just looks gross. I've used it for a couple years now. I wanted to see if it really helped with broken capillaries and it got rid of a little pesky one on my cheek! Went through a few bottles before that happened but I really like it... I don't like it during the day because of the color so I use in p.m.. I've never tried that cream. I did try the SCULPPLA Eye Cream and I wasn't impressed. But it has great reviews so I'm sure the brand is fabulous..just didn't do much for me. Let me know if you like it. I've been reading about their other products. 🤗

What do you use on the nights that you don’t use the truth treatments retinol?
I have lots of p.m. skincare videos sharing the other routines I use if you'd like to check those out. But it depends on what my skin is doing....however usually I just cleanse, hydrate (like a ha serum or face mist, then 1 or 2 at the most treatment serums (ie aha or bha, maybe a mask, maybe niacinamide or azelaic acid, or growth factor serum) and moisturizer after. 🤗

Some people say it works, others say it doesn’t. I’ve been using it and I haven’t seen improvements but I’m hoping it’s helping to control it so that it doesn’t get worse. 🤷🏻♀️ There’s also a dupe that is supposed to be the same thing. There’s UA-cam videos on it. I’m thinking about trying the dupe once I finish my Cyspera. Maybe the dupe will work better for me 🤞🏼
I never got to try it. Went to the new Dermatologist and she was awful. She had never heard of Cyspera and wanted me to get a compound of super high dose hydroquinone and laser. I was like, Uhhhh but this is melasma. She said "same thing as hyperpigmentation" I RAN out of there! Haha!

Does PC BHA serum dries skin out or flakes it around mouth
Yep you'll peel like snake skin if you use too often. Start slow...once a week, then twice a week after maybe a few weeks. I still only use no more than 3 times a week. Make sure you use a good hydrator and moisturizer. But your skin gets used to it and will stop peeling over time. But slow and just a tad is best.🤗
When do you apply the Skin Medica growth factor?
1st thing after cleansing. I don't want other products to dilute it so it always goes on my face 1st after I cleanse. 🤗

@@pamelacossey8604 the Obagi Retinol is really nice. The Sanitas is more of a once a week retinol peeling treatment, not for daily retinol. If you go to a website called Goodrx.com you may be able to get your tretinoin pretty inexpensive, just need a prescription and then you can compare which pharmacy offers it cheapest.
