She is everything that everyone has said in the comments. She is a force to be reckoned with, she is like Karen Carpenter, Celine Dion and Mariah Carey all rolled up into one magnificent, perfect song killing it machine! There is quite literally nothing she can't sing as well if not better than the original And when she is with her sisters, God bless, they are the best in the world IMHO. Thanks guys. ❤

Jeffrey, many thanks on reacting to Almira! As you know she can do anything and just knock our socks off and then some! This was a request from fellow dreamer/friend Marshall Whitehurst in Toledo who had no idea that she would do a YT Cover of it...he just thought they would do it in the livestream!
I never could stand this song by Debbie Boone. Almira changed that for me.she kept it soft but yet powerful. Her tone was perfect the best I've her her do since we were young. Great reaction Jeffrey thank you both.

Thanks for the "pleasing" reaction. Nothing fancy here..just Almira singing an old time classic in the same tempo as the original. Perhaps more important is who she was singing to...Was it the reactors and the dreamers that have supported Almira and her sisters during the covid ? Was it sung to her sisters that kept her going even though she has had times of depression and thought of giving up ? Or was it to her mom and family who make it a point to buoy up her dreams? It's probably all of the above because Almira does most of her solos with a specific target in mind. Do you remember all those pointed songs to her bf Ben? Thanks to the both of you for keeping these girls in your thoughts and prayers.

I think Debby Boone, Pat Boones daughter recorded this around 77. It won an academy award for best song and a Grammy for song of the year. Almira shows she doesn’t have to do the super belts to make a song sound amazing. Great reaction my friends. ❤️🙏🚂

Thank you for reacting to this song Mr & Mrs Lockdown. I requested Almira to sing this cover because I knew it was something different than she normally sings. I am happy she decided to do it. This was really out of her comfort zone but she did it anyway and she nailed it! Thank you again for reacting to Almira's cover and to the other girls as well :)

Nice reaction guys. This song by Debbie Boone won a Grammy Award for SONG OF THE YEAR in 1977. I remember hearing it on the radio A LOT shortly after it came out. Almira does an excellent rendition. So glad you guys are doing better. I am a COVID survivor also. God bless and take care.
