India needs to give more focus to police reforms and modernisation as well. Our police forces are not modern and capable enough for a country that is an emerging superpower. If foreigners see the state of our police forces, they will laugh and mock us.
India needs to have an aggressive policing policy otherwise Indians wont even learn anything.

Yes, comparing Indian police vs Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Singaporean, etc is a huge gulf in fitness, training, appearance - I'm sure Indian police will step up to the challenge.
