For anyone doing the hat and mask merge, you have to do it as soon as your players hands touch the helmet when you get off the bike. Worked for me.

you need to equip the bulletproof helmet first, otherwise it won't let you equip the chemical mask

Just equip the black bp, then go into masks and under gas equip the chemical... you should spawn into titan with neither the mask or helmet, if you wanted to add a colored helmet or something do the motorcycle helmet swap.

When i parachute into mask store, there is no prompt to save the duffel bags.

Nah you just spam right when you land, timing isn't super important just get into the menu before your character takes the parachute off. Save the outfit then equip the outfit and the bag should show up.
