@@Simplenotion The Tully are known archers, right ? And the Riverlands as a whole ? It's been ages since I've read the books and so now I don't know what's canon and what's fanon, but in some fics I've seen him characterised as foolish and cocky, and having ignored the training yard and shooting practice more often than he should have. I need to rewatch the show too to see if that's how they portray him, and maybe why he misses his shot so many times under pressure.
The most important thing to Ned was his honor. He lost it before he died.

@@girlnettles My point is that one proclamation means nothing, its what he did in his whole life that matters at the end of the day, and that's what he will be remembered like, by those that matter at least. The one moment that was meant to just protect Sansa matters not, you just can't judge him from that. That's my opinion about it anyway.
@@kobarsos82 I still don’t get it. What are you trying to say? Everyone in the books and show talks about how honorable Ned was. That was his reputation. He lived an honorable life. No one could say he was dishonorable. And he lost that, because of Joffrey.
@@girlnettles Ok we are saying similar things then just with different angles/words. In my eyes, he lost his life to Joffrey but never his honor. Like you said he was an honorable man and I like that everyone remembers him for that.

The books infer that Podric's "prowess" that Tyrion and Bron are so curious about was just that he played and sang songs for the girls. They gave him his money back because he gave them a day off. But that would never occur to Tyrion.
The Brotherhood without banners are dengerous.. but at the same time, they we're really cool with Ned Stark.
They formed after Ned Stark comisiones beric dondarion in season one to go and assemble a couple hundred men to go and hunt the Mountain in the riverlands.
Then they became "the broterhood without banners" when the 5 king war started.
So in theory.. at the point in time arya and crew are, and in that geographical location...
The Brotherhood is their Best bet.
Interesting you took Tyrion’s new title as an insult. That scene was necessary in showing a brief reordering / role switching. Master of Coin is the title they give to a counsel member who is handling the crown’s finances

I wouldn't say Daenerys strigly doesn't like men. I mean she loved Drogo and Jorah is her most trusted adviser. The thing with Dany though is she doesn't care about strong men coming to try and win her favor or fight for her. She wants people to be true to her, no matter who they are, high born or low born, man or woman, that doesn't matter to her.

Could you turn the volume up just a tad for us old people. 50+ years of listening to rock music has had it's affect on me. If it's too loud, we can always turn it down. Never saw a reactor look pleased by Jaime's hand loss before. Jaime is used to being able to fight his way out of things. He had to stop and use the Tyrion method to save Brienne, and he did it very cleverly. But Locke didn't like getting cheated out of his rape. It was still a dumb move by Locke.
