LOVELY CARDS, Connie! So easy but so pretty! What a COOL IDEA for adding the color! LOVE IT!! Even tho’ I like to color, this is a WONDERFUL OPTION to add some “pretty hues” to the images! TFS n’ HAPPY STAMPIN’ n’ CREATIN’! Keep those ideas n’ tips comin’! ALWAYS enjoy them, Connie! :-))
Your cards are beautiful. I never say "I don't want to color." It's more likely that I don't have time. This is a great idea for when I need a quick card.
Magnolias are one of my favorite flowers! Thank you for these 2 versions of creating a beautiful card with minimal effort. The result was striking on both cards! I would definitely do #2!!!
Hi, Connie! This is genius! I am swooning over the Magnolia Suite! I feel head-over-heels for them the last time I was in GA! It is a fascinating tree. You can find the bud, the flower, and the seeds at the same time!!! And the scent? Divine! Thanks so much for this video. I have also seen this flower sponged. Either of these techniques are great for someone like me who stresses over coloring, esp. nature stamps. Cheers!
Such beautiful cards! I love how you teach us ways to use the stamp sets! I enjoy seeing how you finish the insides of your cards! Thanks so much for sharing your ideas!
Thanks for sharing Connie! I have been telling myself I wasn’t going to purchase anymore texture stamp sets but you convinced me otherwise lol. I have been admiring one of your cards on the shelf behind you for quite awhile. Do you have a video or close up picture of the card made with Broadway birthday on the upper shelf?
If you stamp the flower, cut out with craft knife so you have a negative paper - use miss-stamped paper- and then use the second generation stamping. Voila! No colouring!!
Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!

Or cut out an area with the die.
