Section 107 contains a list of the various purposes for which the reproduction of a particular work may be considered fair, such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Section 107 also sets out four factors to be considered in determining whether or not a particular use is fair:
"Auld Lang Syne" is a Scottish poem written by Robert Burns in 1788 and set to the tune of a traditional folk song (Roud # 6294). It is well known in many English-speaking (and other) countries and is often sung to celebrate the start of the New Year at the stroke of midnight. By extension, its use has also become common at funerals, graduations, and as a farewell or ending to other occasions. - Розваги
She had it all - beauty, expression, diction, phrasing. Thanks for posting!
Yes a beautiful voice and because it has been recorded a treasure that will last forever! Thank you all for your comments.
This brought tears to my eyes, not only because it is so beautifully sung, but also because of the moment - the first New Year without Blake. Farewell Blake, for auld lang syne.
Thanks for posting, expatfriendly.

Bonne Année à tous ! Happy Nezw Year Everyone!
This video kinda depresses me b/c the world is now deprived of that beautiful voice. Stupid doctors.
so sad that she'll never be able to sing like that again. but at least we have stuff like this. i love her! look at my user name...
Beautiful rendition! I was listening closely and she seems to pronounce Syne as 'Zyne', unless I'm mistaken? My choir was asked to sing it as 'Syne', as the word means 'since'.
