So its only 12awg wires coming off that?.. so this is not compatible in a system that uses 6awg? safe to say it also wont go over 150v use? Coz solar panels can easily go over 50v and ive read somewhere this only can use up to 60v?

I'm new to solar energy. I have built up a Renogy based system on a plywood panel. I saw pretty much the same analyzer as on your demonstration, on Amazon and got four of them. One monitors the Load (DC Output) of the Charger Controller when it is ON. Two others monitor batteries, one being the solar battery, the other for a starter motor on a generator to run a well pump near the cabinet everything is in. The fourth analyzer is to monitor the values coming off the PV panel as you did in your demonstration. My "Source" is the PV panel and my "Load" are the PV terminals on the charge controller. All four are great. I have an equivalent AC analyzer meter for the AC side of my inverter. My questions is: Apparently, but I have not confirmed it to actually be went it dims, the meter across the PV panel will stop displaying values when the PV panel is no longer generating power, according to the controller. I can understand that. It is still dimly lit so I know it is 'OK'. However, when the charge controller can see power generation again, say in the morning with sufficient daylight, the analyzer stays in its dim state. Only after disconnecting and reconnecting one of the MC4 connectors (on the Source side), does it come back to life and display the current values. Any suggestions as to why and how to 'correct' this? Thanks in advance. Scott njboy2va@yahoo.com
