Well, in the first season not having that ability cause the cause for them to loose several fights. It was a good robot then but not as good as it is now.

We had one of Tombstone, one of Minotaur, and one for the current champ Sawblaze. Now we have the twice times runner up's moment!

reason why bots like tombstone, fusion and carbide hit SO HARD, is because they have either 2 or 3 point spinner, which means it can reach more into the armor and dish out the actual HIT, while other type of spinners do more like grinding damage than the actual hit. you can see how easily fusion ripped WD's front armor off, while most other bots struggle to even scratch it.
I like how WD is persistent and keeps upgrading, you don't see this much. most people do couple matches and throw in the towel. but WD has come from rather useless bot to championship level.
Also Andrea from WD is soooo cute :3 wish i had a gf like that
