Não acho que ela é subestimada , quem conhece a história dela sabe que no albúm A nigth to Remember ela bateu de frente com a Sony music e a mesma boicotou o disco a divulgação e distribuição pela mudança no visual e comportamento da Cyndi , queriam que ela fosse a sombra da Madonna e ela tem personalidade forte e não se submeteu aos desmandos foi ser dona do próprio estilo. Sempre teve muito talento , voz impecável ainda hoje aos quase 70 anos , canta ao vivo sem medo , coisa que algumas nem em plena juventude conseguem fazer .
