First plot hole I've seen in a while: WOL can breath underwater since chillin' with the turtle people. It's specifically called out in the last expansion when the frog bois try to drown you.
I would assume, much like the first boss of Rabanastre’s drowning mech, certain types of magically-generated water can bypass our blessing. The Fuath tried to drown us with the actual lake, a natural water source. Water magic can still kill us.
I love that those guides exist, makes it so much easier to understand what the hell is going on sometimes. I don't have the patience to wipe on a single boss several times (with the trust system) just to try and finally understand what I'm supposed to do.
Even though I started playing FFXIV in 2014, back then it was only 30 day free trial and I never really got past level 30. Even after, I just kept losing interest since I couldn't get through ARR. Finally caught up and doing Endwalker now, so crazy to see a video guide that i'm using uploaded 12 days ago, rather than 5 years ago haha.
I only started to play it last month, due to amount of time spent playing this game I am now at end walker for this tower. I never played it before and this became a lost ark replacement also it can be run on Linux.
Hey, great fan of your channel here. You saved me a lot :D Question: I was always wondering about the circle attacks like the ones at 4:40 -> Is it enough, to not cover another player with your own circle or are the circles not to overlap at all?
Your guides are the best. I watched this while running the dungeon and 1 minute towards the final boss, as an intern Sage and we survived. That's how effective your guides are.
The last boss's chasing claw is a bit confusing for me. At first, a marker follows me and disappears once I run away enough, I thought the claw will appear where the marker tracked. Nope, it just tracks you to the end, regardless the path of the marker you've kited. So, I guess I should keep the sprint ready and keep running until the chasing claw disappears completely.
Pro-tip: if you start at one side of the arena and run straight to the other, the AOE will stop right before it reaches you. This is how the Trust members deal with the attack.
An old comment, but yeah, before the actual claw appears it's just meant to telegraph that the attack targeting you is going to chase you once it actually goes off.
@sleepythemis OHHHHH!!!! Thank you for explaining this. lI watched the video before doing the boss and died at that point. I rewatched this part of the video and died again. I then rewatched it half a dozen more times and still died. I realized I just wasn't getting something and quit, figuring I'd do the queue and let someone rez me. So glad to know what happened.
What's up with Lugae in the the first boss fight? The second boss has the same name, but I don't remember seeing anything explaining why. Does he turn himself into the second boss?
So much going on that's why I quit because I suck so bad I love the video and thanks for your help but this game is to much going on with the fight boss idk maybe I'm just a boomer
I feel the same way. Just run it a bunch of times with your trust and watch the videos and pretty soon you will be able to anticipate all the moves and it will become simple. Trust me - from one boomer to another - practice makes perfect.
At the risk of being super creepy, you could make a killing at sleep hypnosis videos. The way you enunciated your Ss and Ts reminds me of my high school history teacher and is very calming. Anyway, your guides are always spot on and a required watch before I hop in a dungeon for the first time. Keep up the good work!

@@kaileenabonaduce227 that's a good cover up, im going to agree with you for the sake of continuity
@@kaileenabonaduce227 Rabanastre is toxic fumes, and not just water

Thank you so much for doing these, your guides are by far my favourite!!
Thank you MizTeq for all your guides! They’ve helped me much on my journey through FFXIV!

It should be enough to avoid catching other players in your circle, but the circles themselves can be overlapped.
Worth noting that there's no guarantee the first boss will use Dynamic Punch before Dynamic Scrapline; it seems to be random.

Love your guides!!
This was way easier than Zot honestly
My company do these blind. afterwards though you are my go to for guides. Keep up the great work
As always - your guides are the best!! Thank you!

TY!!! I could NOT figure out those stupid nails and you... nailed it... :) Thank you so much.
Awesome guide as usual :-D Happy new year aswell =)
Thank you for this!
Thank you ! Now i am ready to go !
Ha, just in time for me.
Btw. a big thanks from me, your guides compare me for years through the world of FFXIV.
All hats in this dungeon are actually usable by hroth and viera.
Wish they did that for the lv85 dungeon 😞
Perfect and succinct as usual. Thank you! - you make it look so easy.
Toads definitely don't breathe in water
They start their life in water. As tadpoles, toads are completely aquatic, and like fishes, they have gills and can breathe underwater.
Okay your guide helped me thanks

It's a ff4 reference.
He was a mad scientist and villain in there
If you run with trusts some do make mention that it is the same mad scientist you met with the first boss
Looks simplier then the previus one
