Interview with Selina Morales

This week on Folkwise we got together with Selina Morales! Talented creative writer, filmmaker, public folklorist, and heritage and racial justice activist, Selina shared with us her insights to the transformative power of ritual across subjects. We discussed Puerto Rican ritual and their relationship to racial justice, spirit work and family healing traditions, Participatory Action Research (PAR) and public folklore methods, and even got a little silly with it at the end in a tier list ranking of main characters from grey's anatomy!
