Chicken Paella with Chorizo and Prawns

I absolutely love a one pan wonder, or “student cooking” as one of my old head chefs called it. You can go to town on this dish with as much or as little as you like and it’ll still taste banging! Time to not be scared and feed the family for next to nothing #onepanwonder
