The new voice remote from Comcast

In case you don’t want to watch.
1. Hold the A and D button near the cable box until light turns green.
2. Push 9 8 1. (This will pair the remote)
3.hold the Xfinty button and the i (information)button till light on the remote turns green. This will prompt a grey screen on the tv with directions doing them will correct the issue.
If while your doing this a grey screen pops up on other TVs just hit exit with the coinciding remote.

I watched several video's, some of them lasted 20 minutes, and still couldn't get it right, then i found this wonderful little video, it told me everything I needed to know in a little over a minute....AND EVERYTHING WORKS NOW, thank you so much for your help!
