Great question and very timely for me. I’m 67, have a 25 mm prosthesis from an aortic resection and AVR and struggling to see what’s right for me ; a re-op or TAVR. I’m going to ask about mismatch with TAVR, they want to use a self expanding valve, but still seems like it would cut down on flow. I just hate another open heart. Anyone out there been at this crossroads? Thanks Adam for all the education hoursite provides.
