Though a part of the official timeline, I definitely think games like Legacy of Darkness, Circle of the Moon, and even Super Castlevania are still cool games in their own right. And I'm glad you still covered them.
I'm also extremely hopeful that, at least at some point in the future, you tackle the Lords of Shadow timeline.

I'll always have a softspot for this game. It's aged as well as any other N64, but exploring Drac's Castle as a werewolf was a dream come true as teenager. 😅

Other than rough N64 Cameras and controls, it's a pretty good Castlevania game overall and I would love to see it modernized

I've always been a fan of the game since I got it on launch. It's definitely not perfect, but the atmosphere just oozes Castlevania through and through, especially with the music. I also really enjoyed the story, too. The camera is really the only fault the game suffers from.
