Just when I think that I’ve watched enough tips and tricks videos, this time around I actually learned some new useful tips! The shadows vs blacks slider really changed the way I edit my photos! Thank you!
Thank you for the video Adrien!! That’s a great tips!!!! I was doing exactly what you used to do - bring up shadow and slide down black haha I will try the tips 😊 いつもためになる動画ありがとうございます!
You're welcome! 😊
I planned on revisiting your older editing video this week and you dropped a new one. Bonus! I really appreciate your skill shares.
Awesome! Thank you!
Great points. Also great Fuji shots.
Thanks :)
Outstanding editing tutorial Adrien! I picked up a bunch of very helpful tips. Merci beaucoup 😊
Glad they were helpful!
Today, we had time to understand the lighting room through your videos. Originally, it was difficult to modify, so I didn't calibrate it, or I added Lut. But I'm going to start again after watching your video. Thank you for the helpful information! Please continue to make videos like this often!!😊
I'm glad you found it helpful! I'll keep making more videos.
Love your content! Thanks for sharing this good video 🤩
I'm glad you enjoyed it!
some really good tips man!
Glad you think so!
thank you!!
Welcome!
God i LOVE your accent and voice
Man, all these seem very basic but often overlooked! Thank you so much for giving a deeper understanding on each tool you used.
I'm glad you found them helpful!
A lot of helpful tips here, thanks!
Glad you found them helpful!
This is gold!! So many keybinds I never knew existed!
Oh this is nice to see. I'm going to have to watch the full thing a little later. I'm excited to see how you edit! Love your work as always, my friend! Always giving me ideas for my channel (and making me want to live in Japan) haha
You’re welcome! I’m happy to help! 😊
Well constructed tutorial / tips video. And has good rewatchability. Instead of those 5sec shorts that you need to watch 70 times to see what they did. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Fantastic tips and techniques to editing multiple images for context not just a single image!
Glad it was helpful!
This video gave me the new approaches of editing photos, thanks for sharing!
Happy to help!
Great video !!!
Thanks!
Thanks for your help. Greetings from Mexico
Welcome :)
holyyy those keyboard shortcuts are insane. thank you
They are!
Fantastic video! I thought I was a LightRoom Pro, but 10 years of experience is hard to beat and I picked up a lot of useful knowledge. Thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
Enfin une vidéo utile qui explique des tips super important ! Merci pour la vidéo ! C'est toujours super intéressant à voir tes vidéos !
Content qu’elle t’ait plu :)
Great video again! I found the explanation between shadows and black sliders very interesting.
Thanks! 😊
タイトルの日本語対応ありがとうございます。Lightroomのショートカットは目からウロコでした。使ってみます。
I love using the Blacks and Whites to edit my photos rather than bumping Expo and adjust the Highlights/Shadows.
Another tip that I learned from Pat Kay's video in the past, to improve the "Saturation" of your photos more naturally, you can bump the Saturation slide of the "Blue" color in the "Calibration" section. Try it out.
Great video!
Thanks, that's a great tip! I actually also use a decent amount of positive saturation in the calibration tool but did not cover it in this video
Great tips, thanks for sharing! ❤
Welcome :)
wow so many gold nuggets here.. thank you!!
You're welcome 😊
"OompaLoompas" ahaha
I absolutely love the tips and insights into how these sliders actually affect the final photo!
Glad it helps :)
Never thought about this approach. I will try it out. Thanks!
No problem! :)
Excellent tips - not the normal obvious ones. Thank you.
I'm glad you found them useful!
Superbe vidéo, surtout les shortcuts! Plus de vidéos comme celle-ci =)
Merci pour ton commentaire :)
love the editing videos nice to listen while i edit my own photos
Glad you like them!
I moved to Capture One Pro because of their perpetual licensing and their color grading tools. I'm glad I can apply everything from this video there too
Glad the principles translate!
@@adriensanguinettiI’m also Capture One and enjoyed this a lot😊
Great video, excited to try these tips out. Have so many photos from my Japan trip but felt super stuck editing them hopefully I can get somewhere
Hopefully this will help!
great video been editing for a year and you still taught me stuff, can you also do some END to END lightroom edit video, would love to see your mindset when editing
I'm glad you could pick up a few new things! And yes I will probably make another video showing my process end to end 👍🏻
At 0.85 x speed I can follow you 😂
Love these tips! I use to lift blacks as well, always found a sort of HDR feeling lifting shadows. Which I still do, but just to recover details slightly if my subject has deep blacks, but I need to recover informations there.
Thanks! Yes I basically do the same now too 👍🏻
tyvm!
This translates to shut up in English according to my phone lol
구매완료 ❤
I see you are actually using Lightroom Classic, will you be one day presenting the similar workflow using Lightroom CC? Lightroom CC recently added edition from local drive and I think it is only a question of time before Adobe kills Lightrrom Classic. Really cool video though, I think the advise you are giving can be transposed to any software!
Thanks :) I am not so sure about Adobe ditching Lightroom Classic, at least I hope not 😆 I like the library organizing feature a lot more
What monitor do you use?
The apple studio display
didn't know about the alt feature for the colors only thought it worked with sharpening, etc..
Wow, so fucking helpful. I also edit with the shadows slider and bring down the blacks. But this really shows not to do that. Thanks! Right now I'm editing more then 500 pictures from a fashion shoot, do you have any tips on getting fast edits? (Its already a selection of 3600)🙃😱
C'est trop interessant !
dommage que tu fasses pas tes vidéos en français :-(
Using Camera Raw right now but rely want to switch to something else with a perpetual license, Adobe is just annoying
The principles should translate to any software you switch to 👍🏻
❤❤❤❤❤
I love your pics and colors! is there any discounted price for v3 presets? 🥲
Thanks! no sorry not at the moment ^^'
