And Jennie herself said that Jisoo can rap faster than her. With proper rap training Jisoo will definitely improve a lot cause she already has a lot of potential. And we all know that Irene was only trained in rap because Red Velvet didn't specifically have any rappers, even tho Irene is more of a vocalist than a rapper

@Cloudy Sky Dance is definitely JYP's main thing. Yes SM does have many iconic dancers but JYP's dancers are really something else. Let's take TWICE's example, Momo, Mina (Main dancers), Tzuyu, Nayeon(Lead dancers), Sana, Jihyo(Dancers who deserve a dance position because well they dance better than lead dancers themselves) all are damcers only in one group. Then we have ITZY, where 4 out of 5 members are dancers. Same with GOT7 and let's not forget Hyuna who was an exceptional dancer (Now she is in PNation but still she was a part of JYP)
If you listen to Red Velvet's MR removed videos, the chorus is usually Irene and Seulgi belting their hearts out, they really are the backbone of their choruses.
Irene IS really talented. She’s been like that since debut. Her dancing and singing is quite good and even her rap is decent despite what SM antis think. Idk why there was a stupid misconception that her singing wasn’t good when she’s literally never cracked ever and her intonation’s really good. There are plenty of clips of her singing but people just ignore that for some reason.
I really hated that during her scandal people couldn’t just focus on the actual issue and attacked her talent and age.
As for Tzuyu I really admire her hard work and improvement. It’s really noticeable.
Jisoo’s been my favorite member of BP since debut. I really like her and didn’t see her rap skills coming before I saw that clip a while back.

If you check in the female visual kpop profile jisoo ranks first and then tzuyu ranks second and irene ranks third, even based on Google searches and UA-cam searches jisoo and irene are higher than tzuyu, so I don't think tzuyu is the most popular among them, jisoo and irene are more popular and more well known than her (btw you can't really judge an idol's popularity based on kpop profiles, a lot of people don't even know about it. So practically kpop profiles ain't even true most of the time)

I would say irene should be first in the vocal category, none of them have shown any support but she’s a lot more relaxed and has more control over her laryngeal position than jisoo does, she’s also less prone to strain
Jisoo still has a lot more range and is more stable than Irene. Irene has good vocals but Jisoo is more trained in terms of Vocals. Jisoo has good transitions than Irene (because Irene is a Rapper). Jisoo can also use her head voice (but sometimes trained) and can do falsettos and harmonies which I think Irene can't pull off right now (but I think she will in the future cuz she has been training to vocals and she's from SM). But Irene has more clarity when singing. Jisoo is more developed but both are still underdeveloped vocalist. It's quite understandable because Jisoo is a Lead Vocalist while Irene is a Main Rapper/Vocalist (and Wendy, Seulgi and Joy are the ones who focuses on Vocals in RV).
Nevertheless, both are super talented and top Visuals of Kpop♥️
@@imasimpfor_kpop5407 actually, Jisoo‘s range is very short. Jisoo only comes up to a D#4 without straining and it‘s not even a high note. Her voice is not supported. She is only stable when being in her deeper range and she's very breathy. Nevertheless, her range is good and something tells me that Jisoo is still better than Irene. Irene is like all those things too (except for her range because she can go a bit higher) but weaker than Jisoo.

@@imasimpfor_kpop5407 range and stability aren’t strengths (more of natural advantages) unless we’re talking about supported range (both dont support though) since they don’t necessarily lead to any important technical strengths except maybe stability which is an indication of stamina but we know that they both lack stamina. for jisoo’s head voice, she doesn’t have one, she sings with a pushed falsetto and her transitions have been a little rough at times because of her underdeveloped passagio. Jisoo has a bad habit of pushing very tensely from her chest and as she gets higher she doesn’t go for a heady or lighter mix and ends up becoming shouty and strained, and I think more recently she’s become more nasal in the show but that could’ve been a bad day. irene does push a little from her chest but overall goes for a more relaxed approach to singing which is why I consider her better, but that’s just my opinion
when jisoos stage presence was mentioned you should have shown her to dancing forever young. her performance there is unforgettable to me, her smiling all the time and genuinely having fun melted my heart
