The content that Daytona will continue to make is worth way more than the $75k IMO. Can always sell it to Hunter down the road. I'm sure he will still want it 3 years from now.
She makes about thousand dollars max per video from yt revenue sponsors maybe 2 to 3k tops its not that great of an amount makes sense to liquidate the assats

That said do you really think she would be able to afford all the cars she owns, and a house in LA, and the shop, and paying salaries to her employees if her half a dozen videos per month only were generating 2-3k each?
Also, looking at her most recent videos, the one where she bought the daytona is her most successful in a long time. It is probably her best investment in the history of the channel relative to the cost of the vehicle. It cost her under $50k but generates the attention of a car worth $500k.
Edit: And to add to @adamnewby9768's point Chewning is small potatoes compared to Emelia. She is probably making triple what he is, or more given that her audience is more than triple the size. Not to mention none of this even considers things like merch or her partnership on those cleaning products. I wouldn't be surprised if her business is close to $5 million per year.

She isn’t making 25k. She paid 50 and had to put money into the car than would have to pay taxes on her profits. The car makes her more money on UA-cam with views.

I think you should definitely keep the Daytona for now, even if not forever! A person like you knows what to do with it and how to enjoy it! I feel like it’s a once in a lifetime experience to have come across one so cared for and be able to purchase it. I personally don’t think $75,000 is enough to cut that experience short. Also- your face lit up in the Lambo and I KNOW the fuzzy feeling you felt too well when you sat in it. Between that and the GTR, a win is win! Go with your gut!
Personal taste, I guess, but would rather have the Daytona over the Lambo. The Lambo will not get you any more attention, and will cost tons more to keep maintained, and insured.

I'm not really into Lambo's. There are exceptions like a Miura or Mercielago though.
Keep the Daytona Coupe!! So rare. I built one back in the late 90s when there were no kits to be found. I had an emotional attachment to it and it was one of the best cars I have ever owned. I would go with the GTR if it is right hand drive. When I was stationed in Okinawa, I had a 1977 Nissan Skyline. That was a blast to drive and I wish I could have brought it back to the states with me. Great video! Always love to see how excited you get about the cars you drive.
I guess it depends on how many more views you are bringing in with the Daytona content. Thats what brought me to your channel.

PLEASE, NEVER SELL THAT DAYTONA! It might be a replica, but its freaking awesome and gorgeous. I love your car collection, but this is your Unicorn. Ferraris and 'vettes are a dime a dozen but that Daytona is pure magic..... You just won the car lottery, congrats.
The Daytona is too unique to sell. Just think, 20 years from now, when you're living out in the country and you have a beautiful barn, museum, garage, you will be happy you have that car in your collection because it's badass! Beautiful! and Blue!
Personally, I would hold onto the Daytona for awhile. Not only can you generate a ton more cool content for your channel with it, but Hunter is clearly very interested in it and would probably be more than happy to take it off your hands a year or two from now after you've created the additional content. Now, if he wanted to even trade for the cobra..... Hm.
haha yup, trading for the Cobra with like $20k cash thrown in would be a great deal for her. But that being said there are 2 or 3 Cobra kit cars for sale on the net but I don't see the Daytona kit cars for sale anywhere.

Also the movie that was referenced "Rollerball" had a Shelby Series 1 in the beginning and it got fire bombed. The replacement car was a "Real" Daytona Coupe owned by Carroll Shelby, who in fact made a cameo appearance in the movie!! It is a little bit on the "B" movie level but worth seeing for the cars.😊
I would keep the Daytona. It is very different then other cars in your fleet. It is rare. It is “done” and fully functional. Plus it has opened up some potential content avenues. Maybe you can find an all old school car club or event to really get a good indication of the demand and value of the car?

I mean. It’s 1 of 6, unless someone puts in the man hours to build one it’s still 1of 6…… an AC Cobra kit car says it’s 300 man hours to build… you need your own engine and trans. And it’s $25k I believe.

I was going to say they didnt account for the WEIGHT difference on a MRK 4 so when it gets AIR BORN it increases with lift for a bit before it slows and comes back down,,,they were learning the HARD way not in a WIND TUNNEL
$75k is an awesome number with what you paid for it. I think it comes down to how much you love the car and how truly replaceable it is to you. Like if you sell it and end up buying another one for $75k+ in like 2 years it’s probably not worth selling

Because Hunter is a friend and loves the car i would give him the first offer, however , only when you decide to sell. bear in mind if your clocking up miles on it he really won't care if he intends on keeping and driving the car for himself. An added bonus is that he will get you a car you can afford because he has the incentive of buying the Daytona and will be doubly happy to do so , as a friend and proud owner of your Daytona. An important point to make is that you can both make each others dream come true too.

I am late to the game on the comments here, but one of the most endearing and content inspiring things with the Daytona is seeing your joy driving it around! Don’t give it up for a little while longer at least. Maybe even set up a fun drive with Hunter in it and you in another of his cars!
For what it's worth I say keep the Daytona a little longer. There's still so much content you can make with it and so many of us onboard with watching you do so. Also, I've driven an Aventador before and you definitely should get one in your life eventually!

For me the hard part would be not wanting to sell the Daytona for the Cobra as I am a huge Cobra fan. But I have seen 1 Daytona on the road so far in my lifetime and I have seen multiple Cobras. I think the Cobra has more WOW factor.
Like Hunter said '' you never see them'' Why would you get rid of it, the cobra is nice when it's nice out, get caught in the rain in the cobra and youll wish you kept the daytona that has working A/C.

I would choose the Aventador. I always dreamed of owning a Lamboghini one day. I think it is great that you support mental health so much. My Wife and son struggle with depresion and i do as much as i can to help them through it. I dont miss any of your videos and love the content.
That Cobra at 115 is a deal and a half. There’s no way I could walk out without the keys, it’s magnificent.
West Coast Exotics is the single best dealer and experience I’ve had buying cars. I flew from VA to San Diego to buy my ACR from them. Nothing but the best service and 10/10 cars. They had the car up on a lift the moment I arrived w a team of people to pick apart the car and look for flaws. Their customer service is untouched imo in the buying process!!

He's low-balling you. At leases a straight swap for the cobra. I know if you take it to bear jackson you get a 6 figure out if it. It's the rarity that dictates the price. You should come back with a counter offer like Cobra + 30 grand. See if he rally wants to make his dream come true😊

There are Lambos and Porsches on every street corner. That Daytona Coupe is priceless, even as a kit. There is a guy here in the upstate of SC who has turned down $225,000 for the one he built. It is an EXACT replica. Any by the way you’re the only girl I’ve ever seen who can bench press a Tremec 5spd into place.

Get a v12 ! And brilliant exhaust! I am getting my 720-4 the setup too exhaust on flight ! Next week ! Join the v12 fleet you’ll feel amazing even at 5000rpm ! The smooth engine but raw handling aventador provide is a very rare combination nowadays !
I saw a bunch of these at the London Ohio Cobra show a few years ago. Really cool.
I priced out building one these the way I would want it and for just the full kit plus drivetrain / wheels tires no paint or body work and doing 90% of all the build myself it would cost over 75K... with paint /body and misc. things you never think about I can see the price getting close to 95 - 100K. I still might pull the trigger on doing one of these but I think it is a project best suited for me once retired so I have a bit of time...
I'm one of 2,506 commenters and counting, but I think you should keep the Daytona. As life goes, you buy and sell possessions, and sometimes, you let something go that you shouldn't have. It will always be in the back of your mind, and you'll wish you still had it. Take it from me, keep the Daytona, give it a proper life and build your channel and car collection to be something spectacular.

personally, i'll keep the daytona to make content too, because is a magnet to views, and go for the gtr, the aventador is getting almost "normal" on youtubers world, and a gtr has anlot of power potential for 1/4 of the price, you can invest on that and go for the aventador later
