♥ ECREW
What is Ecrew? When I had to uproot and move to Indiana, there was a car community called Bcrew (B for Bloomington, Indiana). These guys became my family. Instead of partying on the weekends, I was working on cars- and I loved it. Since starting youtube, I have started what I call Ecrew. It's a community where you get to take 10min out of your day and be involved in a build, but more importantly it's a family.

This channel is cool, I like the vibe. Cars aren't even of interest to me usually, but channels like this or Donut are very enjoyable to just chill and watch when I'm recovering from a week of being bedridden. Thanks for the content
🐱
Honestly this are my favorite build blogs. You restoring other people's projects that never got done... life just happens.
Is that a scam on my comment
Just over a year ago you responded to my comments about mental health as my girlfriend was in the ICU for a suicide attempt. Good news! After last rites, three code blues, three and a half weeks in ICU, a month and a half total in the hospital, a ton of personal changes, and a new tattoo to commemorate it she is not only surviving, but thriving. The only long term effect was her voice from the tracheostomy. She speaks in whispers, but she's here to speak so that's definitely a win! Thank you for doing The Lord's work with mental health awareness. You are appreciated more than you know.
Good news new superformance with a Holman and moody FE is probably 200k
8 days later, no acknowledgement. When are people going to understand that she's produced and fake?
1700 comments to read through... that's too many@@mr70camarors
I'm completely lost with this thread. What does cars and mental health awareness have to do with each other? Was one of her commercials "better health"? 🤔
@@mr70camarors how?
Since you are offering, I have a 95 Grand Cherokee that needs some rebuild love. 😅
On a more serious note, love your channel and seeing all the various cars you get to buy or drive and fix up. Keep up the awesome work!
Amelia, having a work in an auto body shop and watching thousands of cars being painted and watching the color mixing process I can tell you without a doubt the reason you’re saying the green in the yellow paint colors is because green is part of the mix to get the color right. So you are absolutely right! Good eye!!
Gary
GOOD GUY GARY GETS IT. NICE EYE GARY!
Im weird about baby puke green. I mean the darker/lighter olive greenish yellow. Best descrip. Baby puke green. Is my go to color. I see the green in the yellow also.
Working on my first car project ever, inspired and started by my grandfather (84 yrs old) here in Oregon. 1931 Chevrolet 5-passenger Coupe, it’s a hotrod build but mostly original features, subtle customizations. Hoping to finish in the next few years before he passes.
Thx for the Vid Emelia.I will say this... CAV is down the road from me here in SA....& the cars they do are insanely Great workmanship....& this CAV car you have are no exception
Hi Emelia I'm working on my neighbors 1975 Bricklin, it's very cool with 9k miles, 351w. I could see you restoring this car. Great show keep up the good work. 😊❤peace ✌ love, happiness
I haven't seen anybody talk about this, maybe I noticed as I just binged all the GT40 videos but that Dean guy really knows his stuff! He said if you got it running "You could sell it all day everyday to someone for $140K-$150K" and your first appraisal was $145K! I wasn't sure if I trusted him at first when you were making the trade but now I see why you trust him and take his word! I'd fully trust him too now!
I’m glad your around respectful men. Haven’t seen your channel in a while. Like your grown up… hangin with DDE & the kids that they would hang out with. Life is about living and learning. I’m happy for you. FYI you look just like my sister exactly. Super weird.
Daytona build from scratch would be a sick build series and truly interesting to see how easy or how hard they would be to build yourself and what upgrades could be done, like a Restomod with a difference
Call factory five, it's easier than restoring a shitty car in my book, and they cater to all resto mods.
While the South Africans ones are worth more, I’d love to see a full Factory Five 56 Coupe build. The more videos the better!!
And repaint the GT40 with the Gulf livery. It’s the best look.
Yes, bringing classic and cool cars is definitely the way to go. Keep up the good work.
So glad you’re showing what kit cars that are done right looks like
yer a girl after my own heart. There are a few of you out there. It is great to see what is in the blood stream. Whatever you do, don't change, just get better. Insane, yes and you know it. You put smiles on many faces. Thank you
Congratulations on the news of training on the Track. Love your content. Also looking forward to seeing the movie. God Bless You and stay safe and strong.
I'm dealing with mental health issues also. Take Care.
Emelia, also have another idea is to take a 80s car like Sarah in tunes I believe that's what she is is working on a 1982 Toyota Celica. Some ideas of doing restomod or driftcar which would add another dimension to the channel.
this car is still amazing no matter what its worth! hope we can see it at the track some day too! Happy to see tomato back too!
I in my humble opinion believe you should build another Daytona, however probably because I'm naturally a smart-ass! I would install an LS7 427 so you could still say it's a Daytona 427, but you not only have more potential than the original, but it's the best, an LS!
Damn I feel like we're only getting 25% of the content. You got loads going on! Congrats with the W on the GT.
Emilia you are a hoot!! You always manage to save the day with your fantastic smile and sense of humor. Thank you. I also had a blast watching you do excruciating donuts to the E-Ray. I want one.
Gotta say.... Love how you have so much fin with your builds. I thoroughly enjoy the watch!
0:33 love how the license plate blurrs came so late lol XD
Duuuuuude YES! A FFR Type 65 R would be an awesome build for the channel. And I'm betting Sponsors would be all over it if you wanted to actually take it racing. Its a platform with a pedigree in racing. Personally, I want to build one so I can get into endurance racing, with an eye towards the 24 hours of La Mans.
I was just looking at that kit. That would be an awesome build.
I remember how jazzed you were with the Bugatti w the carbon fiber. (That was pretty awesome.). I’ve only had the pleasure of seeing a handful of these cars. (GT-40’s / Ford Pantera style vehicles). But, I’ll won’t ever forget them. - There is a red Pantera in Southern California, I seen it recently. It had original plates. It made me smile. Also, Thanks for sharing!
6-12 months for the DMV may be shorter if you talk to your state rep's office to see if they might be able to advocate for a shorter turnaround, when and where possible.
Ref: I used to work as a government director and staff and I handled such matters. 😊
Yes sir. That is GREAT advice 👍
If it's California, good luck!
I interviewed Jordon, owner of CAV, when I was 12, and got to ride in one in the streets of Cape Town. It was the ride of a life time. This is an amazing wonderful car.
Congratulations on the appraisal for the GT40. I know it is probably not the appraisal you was hoping for but still a win. Most important I would like to say I hope you had a wonderful birthday last weekend.🎉❤
Shes my favorite cause shes so honest. Zero milage, i wouldve drove it way before appraisal. She went to clear a title on a car she sold along time ago. It wasnt hers, but it came back with her name. Car was being used for shenanagins probly. She went and was so cool about the whole thing. So nice and sweet and bought the junk back. Shes just the coolest person
The censoring on the Z license plate missed a couple frames
More like a couple seconds lol
Jumped on to say the same lol 🎉
Time stamp so I can skipp over it
Jumped on here to say the same, a few frames at least and quite clear. Especially on lrg screen TV.
Imo, she should redo & re-upload.
@@KCJbomberFTW0:32 😂 Plates 60EM084 🤷🏻♂️
I am so happy for you. Your joy and passion are infectious. 😊
Great to see you making progress toward being able to rip this thing on the road. Also you see genuinely happy in the videos lately. Whatever's going on to make you so happy I'm glad for you, you deserve all the best things.
Rip on track, not on road! ;)
Knowing your a Subaru fan, my opinion for a cool build would be a Subaru SVX. I had a 97 SVX and it has always been one of my favorite cars. Sadly the transmission went out at a time when I was pretty broke and ended up having to sell it. Would love to see you buy and build with that unique E Crew touch an SVX.
Keep doing your thing hun I'm here for it reruns are good for keeping me entertained ;) ♥️✌️😎👍
Getting an F40 (IMO) is the absolute pinnacle of a supercar. Yes, there's faster cars out there now but the F40 is a work of art with it's own beautiful soundtrack and an absolute visceral experience when you're driving it. Someday I hope to drive one. I did at least get to sit in one but he wouldn't give the keys up 😂
This car is insane to look at and therefore I’m sure it will make you want to do some crazy things to it.
I’m excited to see where this goes - especially as you have mentioned the Gulf livery. The GT40 looks amazing like that.
1970 Datsun 510 wagon with about 25k original miles. Been sitting for years and belongs to my brother but I know he's always talked about redoing it. It ran when it was parked, originally from new Mexico before becoming lawn art here in Maryland.
@EmeliaHartford I cannot wait for the episode that you purchase the Ferrari F-40. P.S. I’m so excited for your life, and getting to watch you succeed in everything. (Me pointing at all of the young men, and women in the crowd) This is what hard work, and dedication gets you.. much love ❤to you Emelia. 🎉
I have a 1986 jaguar xj6 that was sitting in a garage for over 20 years. I got it running again but I am having financial and parts problems getting it back on the road. It only has 50,000 miles and was a project for my wife. I have done so much work to it to get it up and running and driving. We planned on fixing it up and showing it at car shows, then ultimately selling it. This car is the last of the Sir William Lyons cars that he built.
Seeing the Pantera on the road and driving with the gt40 would be awesome
Emelia is such a genuine and kind soul.
I’m embarrassed to write this but I have a 70’ Datsun 240z I bought when I was 18,,, I’m now 44 and I’ve never driven it my friend I bought it from for $300 back in 1998 died of cancer and it reminds me of him just to look at it in the garage…someday I would love to nave her on the road but as a school teacher maybe when I retire I can make it happen in memory of my best friend…😢
Tunnel blasts never get old! Roll on Emilia!
The guy appraising the car sounds and looks a lot like a Guy I used to know named Curt... Just saw his shirt. It is the guy I know!!!
Stoked on the Subaru! My brother has a 99 RS 2-door. All original. He is the second owner. So fun to drive :)
You come along way . I am glad you keep on growing . You got a great team. Thank you for showing your first class show.
I'd definitely accept your help!!
I have a 2009 Dodge Charger Srt8 that has one hell of a story!
From craigslist purchase, to my baby being part of a car theft ring I purchased it from, to the Texas DPS stolen car division team coming to my house on my way out the door taking my daughter to school, 2 tactical geared officers approaching from my left, 2 on my right and 2 , followed by 2 performance cars coming from opposite directions !!
Ooooooo!!! There's so much more for a great story!! This car has chewed up 8 engines, hasn't been on the road in 8 years again sooo much more!! I also have a, 1999 Ford F-150 XLT SuperCab 5.4 2v, 1989 Chevy OBS extended cab step side and a 1985 Ford Mustang LX Coupe (huge pos)!
Several other builds..
+1 vote for the from-scratch Daytona build. Congrats on the appraisal! 👍
I have a 1968 ford mustang 289 I'm currently restoring for my to be fiance when it's done... machining done rotating assembly, heads and cam all ready to be slapped in.. Just need a 4 barrel carb option if you're feeling charitable haha.
Love this channel! So happy things are falling into place for you... Thats nothing but hard work! 👏😊
I have a 1964 ford thunderbird and we are trying to restore it. It is a 2 or 1 owner vehicle everything on the interior of the vehicle is all good but it’s the front bumper rear bumper and has some missing tail lights. We really need to find someone that will be more help with cars and what we will need. And I believe that the car is able to run we ended up loosing the keys but we have been told it starts. This car is supposed to be a first car for my brother we just are really trying to get this car back up and running.
You inspired me so much being a simple person from Indiana to an awesome and well-known UA-cam, regardless of being a female UA-cam. As an Indiana guy from a construction background, you push me to build bigger and better cars and friendships. Who knows, I may end up chilling in California where my sister and mom moved to
I have been helping a really old man reassemble a 1964 lotus eutopia.
He purchased it many many years ago.
Engine rebuild and hopped up and duel Webber's.
New paint, interior, and needs little. I know he would sell it if the price was right but he would really like to see it run!
It has never been driven or run since all the work 30 years ago.
As soon as I reinstalled the carbs, and ran some wires we turned the key and she fired.
Old man shut me down right there and said until there are breaks and a cooling system figured out it can't run, I will get in and drive off!!
A Daytona build would be the way to go I think. Especially with the Gen 3 being roomier inside and larger overall, easier ingress and egress!
I am a native Guatemalan by birth... but your green-yellow-Zee; reminds me of some of the fresh mangos I use to bring down from my mango groves... *Memories... 🌞👼🏽

Mrs Olivia is the strategic trader that manager my account. She's really a professional i earn my first investing profit of €55k and she does not fail.
Oh please, how can someone get in touch with Mrs Olivia!!?
I invest with Mrs Olivia too, she understands every beginners intention and fix you to a trading plan that matches your capacity.
Your my favorite person in the world!
Love your channel
Would be such a cool series to have you go around and resurrecting these builds that have been in peoples yards.
Yep. Come buy mine.
"stupid in the best friggin way possible😀" is probably the best tag line Ive ever heard. Tshirts, stickers, liverys etc. I say you've found it! And your smile while saying it was adorable.
Also love the way you left in that guy saying his appraisal cost hahaha "aaaaannnnddd 595 pleease" lol
Amelia, don't sweat it. IT STILL HAS A HUGE FUN FACTOR. ( Once it has fuel LOL )
Since you like bringing cars back to life, buy my 02 mustang Gt. It’s not in too bad shape. Needs a clutch, needs a head gasket and timing chain guide(which just about all of them do) , or you could just swap the engine. Could also use a new drivers seat of course.
My 99 cobra needs some love 32v n/A motor has 600 miles and car has 95k
Your dumb ideas are genius! Love the content, and watching all your builds take shape! I wish I had an old project car we could work on to give a second life too.
I absolutely enjoy your videos . I would love to see some more of the behind the scenes content even if it's just some time lapse of Sandy doing some wrenching while you are away working . or maybe you could do a spin-off Channel starring Sandy being forced to do all your crazy fun builds. lol
if I could change one thing about your channel it would be that you make some playlists for all your builds so it'd be easier to go back and re-watch some of the ones I like the most.
Yellow is either AWESOME or it's Terrible!! Yellow is my favorite!! Had a 442 and currently a 2nd Gen F body...and both are an AWESOME yellow!!
I think that one of the coolest mods you could do to the GT40 would be a set of velocity stacks! I’m thinking they were part of the original cars. I could be wrong though.
I think Hilborne did some GT40 velocity stacks,,Add a functional Snorkel Roof Intake ... one of one GT40...
There are quite a few companies that do velocity stack fuel injection. I agree that it would be a perfect addition to the GT40...as that IS how it was done back in the day...😏😎
@@peterschancel7223 That describes the Mk 2.
@@Shopsmith10er I was thinking a roof intake AKA F1/ P1 .. The distance between the doors would make it only anout12 inches wide but look so cool and be functional..
@@peterschancel7223 The roof 'snorkels, whatever' intake on the MK2 are rather sophisticated. Inside they have a splitter, one for intake and the other ducted to the rear brakes. Like the original, Superformance has or had that detail too.
Lemon yellow is a cool yellow which means it's is on the green side of the color wheel. So yellows can either be warm or cool. Warm is toward the red side of the color wheel and cool is toward the green side.
The UK loves your content Emilia but we really want more DEAN on your channel (or talk him into starting his own channel)
My daughter and I just watched the NF “Motto” music video!! Too cool. Love it!! ❤
Dean's gonna be once again so so impressed by you and then he'll be that kid in a candy store upon driving it! Can't hardly wait
Love the channel and I'm a subscriber. I think referring to these cars as abandoned barn finds is a bit much though. Like so many car projects, sometimes people run out of time/money to finish them but that hardly labels them as abandoned barn finds. They're just unfinished projects.
Bondo buggies will always crack at some point.
Thank you Emilia for supporting your fellow Sag-Afta Members
Question, are you going to build the Cadillac or is it just gonna be a daily?
What a great work Emilia!
If you come to Sweden my fathers TVR Griffith 500 stroked to 5,4l need engine, electrical work and general sorting😉. A fun sports car you will never see in America😎
Can't wait to see GT40 documented registration done .. test run on the track..
I received a ford console 1962 model 1300 ..car in our family sins brand new, I'm the new owner and have to refurbish it .. want it in the original colour etc.
#shiptoemeliahartford 😂
GT40 should stay yellow sins in this clip all cars even bike was yellow #yellow
I don’t know what I love more: cars or Emelia…
ALMOST managed to blur the plates on the Z 😂
Yes, FFR 65 Coupe from scratch would be a great thing, plus mods!! Can send you list that many try to incorporate.
Would love you to do a daytona. I'd be interested to see what you would do for it if Everything was your choice
Well, I know this isn’t any kind of high-end sports car, but I do have a 1973 MG midget convertible with 32,000 original miles. It belonged to my grandmother, and she didn’t drive a whole lot. It needs a lot of TLC because when she got a little bit older and wanted to drive an automatic instead, she just parked it in her garage without doing anything to it. It sat in her garage for many years. I’m disabled, so I haven’t been able to do anything with it. My dream is to restore it to its former glory and eventually pass it on to my grandson. He just turned one, so I have lots of time 🙂
I would love to see a Daytona build from scrap
Im legitly colorblind and yes the nissan does look neon green to me…….congrats on everything you got goin on …..someday there is gonna be a very lucky man to have you in their life…if he isnt there already…..besides your buddy sandy!!!…..my wife is a car person , but you my dear are a certified GEARHEAD!!!……i wish the best of luck to you and your whole crew!!!!
Amelia needs to get more kit cars value to content she can make with them is insane
Emilia...
Evrything car u build are so nice !!
Thanks for all that good stuff ... ❤
Did he say $595 for the appraisal? Wow!
Yo I thought I was the only one dude and I’m faded asf
You were asking our opinion I think it would be cool if you took a car like what they're doing on drivetribe like Jaguar XKR or some kind of GT car and really do it up that Jaguar build sounds like an F1 car it just sounds incredible
How? How did you bring that car back to life and make it look so perfect that fast? What you did to that car is nothing short of a miracle.
Bruh. This was one if not the eazyest revivals i ever saw.Check out Junkyard digs to see what real revival looks like
Dude! They basically had it detailed and put gas in it. WHAT A MIRACLE 😂😂😂😂
wtf are you talking about? all she did was swap fluids, power wash it, bolt seats in that it already had, and then start it lmao
@@Shadow0fd3ath24 You forgot the bug bomb for the fleas xD
Velocity stacks for the win on the GT40 and agree on the gulf livery aswell
Build wise would love to see a cobra on your channel to go with this and the Daytona
*"insurance purposes" aka California wants to make sure they are getting as much money out of you as possible when it comes to registration*
Every state is the same way when it comes to custom kit cars that have never been titled. If the kit cost $70k would you want $70k as the value of your insurance? If you wrecked it they would cut you a $70k check if you didn't have it appraised.
@@ICP1SBJThat stupid hick probably has a $3,000 20 year old truck and has never left his podunk town 😂
Good to see you in the new Gran Turismo movie. Just saw it and it was good. Thank god dude still had the build plate.
I have a 1984 Corvette. Yes I know. First year of the C4 body. I also know, not many people like this car. I have been working on her for 10 years now. She use to be my daily driver. Back in the day. I love this car. All stock. Recently, she actually tried to kill me. I think she is pissed at me for taking so long to fix her, and put her back on the road. I was working on her in my garage. She started overheating. So I shut her down. Then I tried to release a little pressure, from the radiator. The cap blew, and sprayed 270 degree coolant all over my back and neck. Needless to say, I had 3rd degree burns and I got sick from the coolant running through my bloodstream. It took me 8 months to recover. All the while. Still having to show up at work. That's when I stopped working on her. That was last year, 2022. What she does have. Well still sitting in boxes. New interior. I already had paint and body work done. I took all the rubber side body molding off and filled them. So it does not have side molding any more. It totally change the look. I have replaced, Mostly All sensors and a lot more. She runs and drives. But. She will overheat. Then try to kill you LOL. AND Yes! I call her Christeen now. I want you to know. When you talk about Mental Health. I can tell you. When I am feeling down. I watch one of your videos. after that. I always feel better about what is going on. Thank you for the great videos.
Recommended project(s). First, I’m just down the road in San Clemente. I’d be super stoked to work with you on something. First project is a 1929 roadster with a built racing Flathead V8 that runs, but I spun a main bearing at TROG vintage drags; 2nd is a 70’s stingray vette with an LT4/6spd swap that my son and I are building together; 3rd is a 1935 Ford coupe with a BB Hemi that I’m building for my wife. We do all of these out of my garage at my house in San Clemente. Tons of fun.
I love your content! Emelia Loving your fixing people's builds! Please get an eye test if you're seeing colors, not as they are. Take care of yourself. Eye test aren't that bad. Just to make sure you're okay! With Love byeeeeee!
That GT40 was made in Port Elizabeth South Africa. The factory is in a erea called Green bushes. The company who manufactured the car was Hi-Tec Automotive. They made the GT40 and the Daytona replicas.
I brought an 88 Toyota Supra manual from the UK, all original. It was amazing, but a GT Ford is my dream car.
Grundy Worldwide doesn't require an appraisal...a few pics, and a few questions and you are good to go!
Emelia! My dad has had a 13b rx7 in his backyard for years now! He just covers it up but has not touched it. The motor is in the garage on a mount. My brother and I always made plans to fix it up but never have. It might be a good project for you! It's in Torrance so may not be too far from you.
Yes the crazy heat in the valley can causes those cracks to form. I have lots of cracks in my old race car that sits in the heat.
Your eyes are as accurate as they are lovely.
Offer of proof. Captain Kirk's original shirt was green. It showed up gold due to the nature of film processing back in the day. Later in the series, they came up with the re-tailored shirt in a corrected green. Most episodes of _Star_ _Trek,_ however, were filmed with William Shatner in the original gold-appearing shirt.
