Thank you for the delicious nombu kanji. I have an electric pressure cooker so I had to tweak your gracious recipe a little. Hopefully this will help those who have an instant pot or cuisinart pressure cooker. I added 8 cups water instead of 4 cups and I cooked it on high for 20 minutes with 10 mins natural pressure release. I didnt add the coconut milk though. We wanted it a little light. It turned out so well like Zulfia's consistency. Thank you
