Shine's buff to Marcus is a passive effect, not an on evo effect. Misplays across the board.

Also I'm pretty sure when attacking don't active,

Marcus' effect isn't On Attack. It's when it becomes suspended. Same for the inheritables, they're when a Tamer becomes suspended.

I'll be honest I also get confused with remembering what the card actually says. However as a Jesmon player, I just stay in the back for one extra turn and then I'll be fine 😂
