If you have property in that village you have to go to Waqf Board to sell. The Board will decide if he can sell and at what rate. Not Indian Government or Indian Courts. You have to go to the Waqf Tribunal.

A Hindu majority country with more temples than mosques has an autonomous Muslim body with absolutely no government interference in their activities and a separate set of personal laws for that body and the community that it represents.
A careful reading of history and current affairs will enlighten us about what happens to other communities in a muslim majority countries.
