We wandered aimlessly through life and hurdles 1&2, finding ourselves well past qualifying at hurdle 3 by age 45. Once recognized, we went the private syndicated real estate (& private debt) routes and retired at 60. Now, it's all mailbox money.
Understanding risk tolerance and setting clear goals can really help navigate the investment hurdles. This video is a great guide to different investment types suitable for varying net worth levels.
Thank you for making quality and informative content! You are awesome! Did the senate pass a bill changing the criteria for becoming a "Qualified Purchaser" to where you can take a test to qualify? I'm trying to do research on it but I'm not coming up with much.
Great video. I'm clawing my way toward hurdle 3, passing 700k. Buying and rehabbing apartment buildings has been working well so far. I'm thinking of putting 150k-200k into dividend paying stocks, then using an SBLOC as a down payment on another building.
Greetings. Loving all your videos thus far. I fall into category two mostly with stocks. You advise on businesses and real estate and in your other videos you advise to never sell your stocks and instead obtain a “sbloc”. If I fall into category two with only stocks how do I proceed to invest in either without selling ? As far as i’ve researched, I’d need more in stocks to qualify for obtaining a sbloc.
Sharon, I just found you today summer of 2024. So many people say that Rich Dad poor Dad doesn't give any specifics. Your channel is like putting meat on the bones of Rich Dad poor Dad. I I'm sharing your channel with friends and family who are not yet accredited but are interested in investing
Stock index funds compounds over time

Thank you! There is a test for accredited investor status but I am not aware of anything similar in the Qualified Purchaser context.
how should we think about the difference between real estate funds and real estate syndications?
