That's not exactly accurate, Brea is the original DMC high level player, first generation, all the way back in 2007 (long before Donguri and Sakaki started making videos, and was the reason those two started getting into it), I don't think there was a point that all three are active, until now. She invented many of the techs that people use nowadays, including inertia (which one of its usage being guardflying, which is also developed by her, or his1nightmare. Don't remember which). In terms of tech development, Brea, Taka, and Sakaki are arguably the most influential players for the entire 11 years of DMC4.

Personally I don't like him a lot because of his attitude (I even saw him trash talking in other players' videos), and the fact that he is pretty much exposed to be using TAS in videos where he claimed legit. I do admit that his plays were ahead of his time, and are very creative and technical though, even if it's TAS. Overall I still considered Brea to be more prominent even back then though.

Combo videos and boss videos are completely different things, even then there are different kinds of boss videos. Combo videos tackle the complexity and structure of a sequence on an enemy and the interact of the player character to the enemy, and generally have the highest density of tech as well as the most new ideas, boss videos can have an array of different things. Brea is also a heavy combo maker as well, and have done many combo videos focusing on one enemy. Boss videos depending on how you fight, can have a number of purposes, such as being technical (utilizing many difficult techs), flashy (utilizing flashy techs&attacks for flare), handicap/challenge (without touching ground), or creative (well thought out ideas) usually it's a mixture of at least two. In this particular case, Final Urizen is actually one the easiest bosses due to his pushback attack giving you DT gauge basically for free (literally before Brea there's a person that beat this boss without using weapons + no damage), and not touching the ground itself isn't what makes this video this impressive (although the feat does require very good skill). It's the interesting ways Brea deals with Urizen's various attacks and using a variation of attacks proficiently while doing so (such as using lightning flicker to destroy summoned swords or using gliding to evade them). Brea is definitely a really good player, even after, but there's no reason to put down other players like that just because they have different priorities. I recommend that you take a look at Sakaki's Credo fights in DMC4 if you want to see other good boss fights. It will be very likely that there will be Urizen fights in the future, since only one month has passed.

Many combo videos are very hard to understand (and even harder to do) since they often utilizing many different techs and ideas, some can be very hard to notice (such as Sakaki's Side:D combo, _he made round trip miss on purpose by using DSD's high times, so it flies off screen and comes back in a crucial moment to stop the enemy)_ I'm very much anticipating a combo video from brea, and comments like these are simply going to put people off.

I wouldn't really say that, Brea is great in many different areas of DMC from freestyling to combo videos, but her combos (where the last one in a main title is about maybe 8 years ago) have definitely aged compared to DMC combo makers like Sakaki and BlaNK (which makes use of much more modern DMC4 techs). She hasn't made any DMC5 combo videos yet, so we can't really judge how she will be. A lot of people are obsessed with Donguri because guardflying looks more impressive if you don't know a lot about the game, but it's actually only a mid-level tech that every high level player can do (although Donguri does incorporate it fairly well in his gameplay). Most viewers don't care about harder techs that are faster and more difficult but doesn't look so to a layman. Because they see how guardflying makes Dante move fast but never tried to learn the technique themselves, they just assume it's the hardest thing to do. The popularity just snowballed from there.
