Since SS only works if the country's current workforce is larger than the population of people receiving SS benefits, legalization means all those granted amnesty will qualify to receive social security benefits upon retirement, increasing the number of SS beneficiaries. This workforce shortage will drive illegal immigrants to our border and lead to another amnesty which will lead to another workforce shortage, and another amnesty and another workforce shortage- perpetuating a cycle that grows bigger with each iteration to the point we will never be able to regain control of it. With illegal immigration even at current levels, there has been a rapid decrease in integration of immigrants. It's now not uncommon to find illegal immigrants who, despite being here for decades, still can't speak a word of English. Something like that is only possible when the people in that person's community also primarily (or always) speak the same foreign language and rarely (or never) English. Those people have no desire to be American, they just don't want to keep looking over their shoulder.
