Please don't. As a mom, I tell you, theis is such an inconvenient house. Example: Kitchen U shape - corners are tough. No racks above counter top. Poor aeration in the house, Balcony esp very pathetic. Put 3 chairs and they call it a sit out. Very less storage space everywhere. Lofts are not done. I can go on and on. There are better and convenient designs in the market.

So many flaws: The terrace water drainages at the entrance of the house are like hanging ears. The water will create huge puddles and holes in the ground. Dining table near the staircase. Some people are going to bang their heads while sitting on the chairs. Space below staircase is wasted. First bedroom has window behind the bed. Second bedroom, wardrobe covers portion of window. Kitchen is huge but gas cylinder and stove is outside in another small room. So what is the use of the huge kitchen? When you come out of the house, you see the backside of the house on opposite property, sticking over your compound wall. Security is a big issue.
You seems to be oblivious about the kitchen part. In Oriental household, an affordable family would build two kitchens in a house, quite popular in late 10 years. The small room you saw, is definitely the wet kitchen where the cooking part really take place. The big kitchen is more to asthetic pleasure and where people stuffing much of electrical appliances, fruit cutting, break time sipping or simple junk food moment.
I think it is for whole house, as property is in Kerala so maybe it is cheaper due to population difference.. In my city , 30 lakh is not even enough to get 100 varg gaz of land on good location..
The best idea about money is; make it, invest most of it and manage whatever that remains expecting huge returns in nearest future. Investment is the best!
I guess it takes equal amount of effort to maintain as well. All the toughened glass next to stairs etc. need to be kept neat. All interiors white in color need to be dusted timely. For Rs 35L it’s a great design. I think this channel in general boasts of some exceptional designs. I am still waiting on the structural details that I requested long time back on the video description which I am not seeing. For spending the next quarter of a century of your life this is a thumbs up from my side!

Simplicity and simple houses are extremely peaceful and beautiful. Live in this world like a traveler. Our permanent Houses are in Jannah. As we will live there forever. Just as we dont rebuild our seats in airplane or trains because at some point of time we have to get down. Just like that live in this world like a traveler with simple stuff and don't spend your whole life building a house you have to leave. This video is beautiful btw.

The quality of finishing work is pretty good. In terms of planning and design is poor because designer should consider minimum ventilation due to this client has to turn electric light all the time, interior contractor done great job.
Lot of money has been spent on interiors, lot more would have been done like 1. Walk in "Wardrobe 2. wall mounted commode 3.Kitchen cabinets with easy access Exterior design is excellent, Living room design is also good
Bro don't believe in this becoz it's just only building cost ,I am also constructing a house with the same construction company two months ago my the agreement time is over and till now they didn't complete my construction even after giving all the payments in the correct time

There are some parts which can be improved starting with the living room; height of shelf is too low and can cause injury. second, hanging clock seems out of place. Partition between dining space and living space could look more elegant if half partition without celling support is used. Stair case and walking passage is just above the dining table. Pantary is way too big and cabinets are way too high. Refrigerator and cooking space distance is more, no space for appliance like mixer grinder. Wall Clocks in every room
