The store was busy and much noise so I was only able to get the part of the lyrics That says BEFORE OUR EYES. It haunted me. I looked it up using these partial lyrics and the word MOUNTAIN which I also remembered. A bunch of songs came up but for some reason I zeroed in on The Republic Tigers. I read the entire lyrics and it made sense to me. This lead me to the video and VOILA! It is this very song! So happy! Love it! I can sleep tonight!

Way back in August of 2018, we traveled west through the Kansas fields of sunflowers and wind turbines, as well as through empty prairies with the occasional pronghorn. We finally made it to the western border of Colorado, where I asked, "Where should we go?" She said, "I don't know". Do you want to know where we went? It's too painful to recall, since she had left us in the summer of 2019. My son and me. God. But, if you want to know, I'm willing to share everything that we saw. Because it was truly epic. I'm willing to share our experiences.
