Can you please explain the trap detection and tiles it takes for it to trigger. Like the flame has 4 tile trigger, impaler no tile just instant proximity, and a bolt thrower can shoot down about 6-7 tiles . Decoys activate when 1 tile away , that kind of stuff
Thanks for responding. But I do have another additional question, the forsaken tombs located in your map.. is it good to keep them out of enemy harm as in build blocks around it so it’ll never be got to, or have it exposed?. Do they do anything specific exposed/unexposed? I know they benefit the raider if they get to it, but for the custodians, it’s benefits is what?.
They only are loot for the raiders if they collect them you don’t lose anything or gain anything if they don’t collect it so you can leave them in the open so raiders can have free loot or trap them for some sneaky kills
@@TarkisZOneProductions Yes, especially if you incorporate it into your builds somehow. One cheeky thing you can do is, if the player dies after the tomb is opened, then all the collectables disappear and they lose all the loot. One thing that infuriates me is players who just actively ignore tomes that are ripe for the picking, so I made a trap that should be super easy to avoid, but once it's set off, it should show that the collectables pop out of them... but the ones that know about it for some reason just tunnel vision and get a load of arrows in the back of the head.
Im wondering how the genmat stats bar on bases works. Like what causes the depletion. Is it just passive over time... OR... is it when anyone claims the xp boxes from breaking stuff it takes that much away? Im wondering if its upon kill you only get the xp they were carrying upon death. Kinda making it so you need em to break a bunch of stuff early before you wipe em out Also for xbox rotating stuff if hold left trigger and then directional pad up left down right
I only have one outpost ha e to pay 650 to re activate. Should i build a second outpost and let the first one be deactivated. I guess i have grown attached to my first creation lol

I do not own all the traps yet, but I can do a vid on the traps I have, and the number of blocks to activation..
Brandon to answer your questions on trap range there is a button to display it’s detection range in the game

You are depleting it by mining it, you need the red stuff to level your advisors. You have a little guy working for you mining it

What I'm running into is that on console, it doesn't seem to let you adjust pitch or yaw. I do t know if I have a glitch or it's just a console thing
If you are on xbox hit the Y button . made my first outpost not knowing this lol.

I would try to reactivate it at least up to level 5 at 5 they really start to get players.
Try to get at least 4 bases running at a time watch this ua-cam.com/video/W7jc3pErh0A/v-deo.html
