Ken is popular Blanka has a popular appearence Chun li is the first lady of fighting games. Balrog is memorable Vega is popular Sagat has one of the best stories in the game But E.Honda.. He is just considered the sumo guy

From what I remember there was a sound test menu in the options. You could listen to any music or sound effect that you wanted.
